CM Punk in 2001 WWE?
CM Punk would've been 22 years old by that time, and ever since watching that little promo he did with Stone Cold for the WWE game, I kept asking myself:
Where would CM Punk's career be if in fact he was signed to the WWE in 1999 to the development territory, and made his debut in the main roster in 2001? And how long would he have survived in the WWE back than? Don't judge me for loving wrestling cause I'm a girl. Girls love fights to, y'know! |

This is CM Punk were talking about, the guy is so talented he would've made it to the top regardless of how messed up the company was. He would've still become a big player I am sure.
Also if CM Punk was in 2001 WWE, he would've been banging the crap out of Trish Stratus, Stacy Keibler and Molly Holly. |

That 2001 roster was pretty STACKED too.
Austin Rock Taker HHH Angle Jericho Benoit Guerrero Kane Hardys Edge/Christian Dudleys No doubt some great matches to be had but a here does Punk fit in amongst those guys in 2001? |

Remember RVD? YEAH. About the same situation. Enough talent to have shitty tag runs and the consolatory IC title run here and there.
At best. |
