I ripped A CD
I ripped a CD today and I tried to move the folder to another place but a warning came up saying the folder couldn`t be moved because it`s being used by another program even though I`m not running another program at the time....why is it doing that?

99.8% of Computer problems seem to be fixed with a hard reset.

Sometimes check task manager and programs are still running even if it looks like you closed them.
