I actually post something I thought about and it gets cut off by the page break. Fuck that I'm reposting it
I wanna know what the fuck happened to Faraday. They said that Ellie and Charles were leaders of the Others at this point so Faraday possibly jumped ship and joined up with them, which would explain why Sawyer said what he said when Jack asked him if Faraday was still there. In 1977, Faraday had already been born, but Ellie is presumably still on the island. So does that mean that young Faraday is on the island? If so, that would be the first time that both the past and future versions of someone have been in the same reality that we know of. That has to create some sort of wacky nutty situation right? I dunno, maybe Ellie gave Faraday away when he was little. Then he wouldn't be on the island when future Faraday came back. That would also explain why he doesn't have a British accent. Or perhaps, and I'm just pulling this out of my ass as I go, people have been in the same reality as their past selves and that's what caused the nosebleeds. I don't have any real evidence to support that but it would explain why when Charlotte didn't get the nosebleeds, Sawyer and Juliet did. Maybe it was because Charlotte's past self was off the island but Sawyer and Juliet's past selves were still there. I dunno, probably wrong |

I believe the last time we saw him was when he thought he spotted young Charlotte. However, we know he didn't go completely nuts or comatose yet because we saw him helping build the Orchid in the first episode of this season.

I agreewith LC Miles is incredible. Right now Sawyer, Locke and Miles are my main reasons for tuning in (besides the general awesomeness of this season)

DS said he didn't like Sawyer as much this season, but I think he is fantastic. I like that he is in a role of some power in Dharma. Can't wait to see what Locke is going to do, since they haven't done anything with him on the island yet. Him sitting there staring at Ben was a great moment, just grinning.
I am still pissed that nothing has been done with Rose or Bernard.. they're just.. gone. They were with everyone on the beach when they were attacked by flaming arrows, and since then they're just gone. Nobody even cares it seems. I mean, they weren't major characters but I really hate that they've just been dumped completely. |

those two come in and out of the show every season. they will be back and the brilliance of it is the writers always find a way to write them back in like they have been there the whole time.
Sawyer is great. I laugh every time they call him LaFlore. And whomever said the writers make Hurley the voice of the audience, I thought the same thing this episode. |

The guy who was with young Widmore said the beach people were captured or dead. And since they brought back Neil to have someone killed in the flaming arrow attack I doubt they're dead.

I didn't really like Miles that much until his conversation with Hurley. I kind of hope they have an ongoing Hurley/Charlie thing, though it is kind of different since Miles isn't really a survivor, per say. But this seemed like the first episode where he got to have a lengthy conversation with somebody.

Supposed to be a Miles-centric ep coming soon, which I am all for.
Also I'm betting Faraday is holed up somewhere on the island trying to figure out how to save Charlotte. |

Tonight's episode should be beyond epic. Of everything that makes this show great, Ben and Locke are probably #1 and #2.

Timeline is fucked.
Ben is with the Others, steals a kid, 5 years later does the Dharma Purge, then raises the kid with the others? WHat did the DI think of him being with the Hostiles all that time? And how did Whidmore leave the island as an old man, and have time to raise his massive empire? |

haha, I know.
Next week is the Miles ep Another good episode tonight. I really have loved this season so far. There's just so much shit going on and they are answering a lot of things. Also, you find yourself going "oh that's why.....or oh, I get it now....." as things from all the past seasons begin to make sense. |

They hinted last night at the fact that Ben might've murdered Sawyer & Co. during the purge which I completely forgot was a possibility. Pretty interested to see how that pans out.

Also I love love love how Ben and Widmore keep switching off as the evilest villain. And it is amazing how after everything Ben does, they are still able to humanize him and make him a sympathetic character.

I think by not killing Penny, Ben is now officially "not a bad guy." I won't say he's a good guy because he's obviously got a bad past, but last night's episode seems to have been a type of cleansing for him. Having to be a follower for once could ensure that he stays that way..

Im glad that Penny is alive, but without her being killed, it allows her and Des to just never show up again.

I think if Widmore has a reason to chase Ben and the rest of the Losties, Desmond has a reason to go to the island.

Good episode. Nice to fill in the blanks of some of Ben's past, even if his abduction of Alex does kind of contradict Danielle claiming she'd never actually seen any of the Others back in Season One. But then she is batshit crazy, I suppose.
I'm interested to find out what the hell is going on with Ilana and those other Flight 316 survivors though. I've already cooked up my own half-baked theories on who they are and what they want, so I'll wait and see... |

Desmond will come back with Widmore me reckons, I think sides are going to be drawn late this season/early season 6. Characters like Desmond and Sayid maybe even swapping sides, hopefully only eventually.

I think the people could work for Widmore...but you would think they would have known about Ben.
Seems like they have no idea who he was. Some peeps think they are agents of the Dharma remnants from the Mainland HQ. |

Which means they're either off-island Others (seems unlikely, but you never know), modern day members of the Dharma Initiative (which is my pet theory) or some never before seen faction. |

Word, they either work For Ben, DI or maybe even Ms. Hawking (since she is the only person to know about that flight) |

I was thinking Ben because it was during the Ben vs Widmore feud, but I just realized how stupid this was since they didnt know who he was on the beach.
