Yeah, I've taken Prison Break off my watchlist. At the moment I'm watching Black Sails and Season 5 of Weeds; once Black Sails is done I'm probably going to watch Twin Peaks; I've been wanting to watch that for awhile.

Prison Break got batshit insane at some point and not in a good way.
How many fucking prisons do you break into and out of in your life? Dumb shit. |

Weeds Season 5 7/10
Better than season 4, but still doesn't touch the first three seasons, which are fantastic. |

Couldn't get to sleep after work Friday night so I watched all of Maron Season 1 and then went to work. Crashed after getting back from work at like 8pm and woke up two hours ago. I enjoyed it and will probably try to catch up on episodes sometime later.

Binged watch Season 2 of OITNB about a week ago. Not as good as the first season but still one of the best things to watch around.

Penny Dreadful - 7/10
A bit slow moving and pretentious from time to time but on the whole a good show, really well acted and Eva Green is fantastic in it. Well worth a watch. Also not really a binge watch since I just watched it weekly, but... Fargo - 10/10 Best show on tv since Breaking Bad and far better than anything else out there right now, just edging out True Detective for me. Amazing cast and acting right the way through. Hilarious, tense, shocking, dark etc etc etc. Really surprised more people haven't been talking about it, if you haven't seen it yet, it's only 10 episodes so do yourself a favour and check it out. Currently a few episodes into season 2 of Orphan Black, which is fine. After that I've got Hannibal and Bates Motel lined up. |

Burned through 2 seasons of Parks and Rec in a week. About 8 eps in to the 3rd season fucking love it. Weird because I've never been able to get into The Office, and this is pretty much the same type of show. Think I just like the characters more. Ron Swanson is my hero.

Mad Men - 6/10
Seems like Don Draper and Roger Sterling are the only interesting characters in the show, Pete Campbell plays the slimy rat to a tee tho I guess, he is v. hate-able. Not as gripping as other HBO type dramas and I did skip a lot of the Peggy-centric episodes. |

I'm a bit "eh" on The Leftovers so far to be honest. Just all a bit vague so far, and hasn't fully roped me in yet. It reminds me a lot of The Returned (Les Revenants) except The Returned was vague whilst also being absolutely batshit crazy. I'd recommend The Returned if you like The Leftovers for its "atmosphere".

yeah I like the "vagueness"/slow burn so far. That said, it definitely feels like one of those shows that could turn and become really bad really quickly. And yeah been meaning to check it, I just need to set some time aside for it, like to really concentrate when watching subtitled stuff

I think a seventh season is coming, put it should have finished after the fourth. I'll end up watching it though. |

Bollocks. The internet is awash with tits. I was disappointed not to see more than ass shots of Maggie Grace, though.

The Borgias Seasons 2 and 3 - 7.5/10 each
I didn't really see the point of the incestuous subplot between Cesare and Lucrezia (even though there were whispers back in the day of them being lovers) other than a cheap ploy to keep people coming back. I've begun Season 7 of Californication, and I'm giving Community a go as well, but after two episodes I'm not really feeling it. I will watch the whole first season before deciding whether to continue with the rest, though. |

I have noticed that Amazon Prime has the HTD One Tree Hill; even though I am on the cusp of 30, should I give it a go, Iggy?
I'm waiting for AP to have the three seasons of Veronica Mars; you can buy the episodes, but I want to view them as part of my subscription, not separately. |

I have to say that I'm starting to get into Community a lot now. It is definitely improving with each episode. Furthermore, Allison Brie is absolutely scrumptious.

I just watched the paintball episode of season 1 and it was pretty hilarious. I am now a confirmed fan of Community; I'm only five years behind everyone else.

Community Season 3 7.9/10
Even though I love the characters (and I continue to want to marry Alison Brie), I feel that the general charm of the series has faded. I'm on to season 4, but I don't think we'll ever see the heights of Season 1 again. |
