He has lost major feuds with Cena and Reigns. He lost a match against Undertaker. It's not like he's losing a program to Fandango.

How did Foley ultimately fare against Taker and Austin as a heel? How about against Rock and Hunter as a face? Spoiler alert in 5...4...3...2...1.... not well. Here's the kicker, Foley still got over. Odd isn't it.
