If Cena could actually do a Death Valley Driver it'd be alright, IMO I'd pick Psycosis's leg drop.
A while ago though the POOOOUUUNCCEEEEE would have gotten it though. |

test's pumphandle slam thingy...what a piece of crap!
The leg drop is cool! its liek the people's elbow. Who cares if it has no real impact...this is sports entertainment, not entertainment. I tell you, I was gonna mark out majorly when Hogan did the leg drop at mania...shame he didn't do it tho Gotta say, I've never been a HUGE fan of the crippler crossface. I mean, I like it and all, and I mark out when he does it in a big match and all...but for submission moves, its kinda. Just doesn't seem as devastating as, say,the sharpshooter 4 example I don't like the Lionsault, cos its just way too ineffective. Jericho really needs to dig his knees into the guy's chest to make it effective. Of course, thats breaking ribs time tho. Edge's spear sux balls Hated Warriors big splash either |

Oh, also:
Of all-time is a hard choice, because some people have used some pretty crappy finishers. Modernly, I am definitely going with "The Pounce". It is the sloppiest, worst coordinated, non-talented, most non-realistic looking thing since Lita. |

The Worm and Hogan's Leg Drop. Also, the Clothesline from hell. Really innovative there. Tazz says it best in one of the SmackDown! games... (In a really non-excited voice...) "Clothesline from Hell. "
Also, the way Cena did the FU to Jericho last week was actually pretty great. If he hit that version more often, it wouldn't suck as much. His usual FU is a very shitty DVD, though. |

I would have to go with Ultimate Warrior. I mean here you have a guy either lift youup over his head and drop you. He weighs 200 somethin. he runs agianst ropes comes back and does a piss poor splash on you and that's it?
Either that or he does multiple weak lookin clotheslines before doin that same crappy splash. I mean come on. If he was like 500 pounds or somethin then yeah. Also there is teh Hogan Leg Drop, IT's always looked like a piece of crap, even years ago when he could actually do it. Specially now hwen after he nails the big boot he takes 30 seconds to decide that he wants to do the leg drop. That just really irritates me. Modern times, The Pounce takes the cake. The most overrated shoulder block I've ever seen. I mean even if hte recipient is able to sell the mess out of it it looks like straight crap. The Worm. He's doing a dance move, he has the fans into it, he chops the chest. IT'S ALL OVER! Come on. He nails them with a bulldog or kicks them. By the time he nails the worm he could've already pinned them and left. RKO - I'll admit he has touched it up since before when he made it look like complete trash, but still it looks like trash. Cena's FU. There are two versions. The realy crappy one isthe one he started doin for a while when he would just lift them up on his shoulder then toss them off. LIke a standing fireman's carry. THen there is the version where he actually drops. I'll admit it looks more effective when he drops with them, but still it's pretty crappy. Submission style would have to be the new Walls of Jericho - WWE style. It either looks like a Boston Crab or it looks like he is just bending their legs. That's it. And the fact that people still sell it like ohhhhhhhhh massive pain when he ain't doin anything is kinda sad. |

the berzerker's count out finish...i used to hate watching his matches knowing he was just gonna throw a guy out of the ring and Id have to wait that 10 seconds to watch a guy get counted out

This one's from a pretty long time ago, but I hated how Crush used the Heart Punch back in the WWF days. That annoyed the hell out of me. I'm not a big fan of the 619 either. It just doesn't sell to me.

Johnny B. Badd's Sunset Flip off the top rope. I thought it was the most underwhelming finish in all of pro wrestling.
Kevin Sullivan's Belly Stomp is up there, too. Not to mention, oh god, Kerry Von Erich's Discus Punch. |

In all seriousness, Tank Abbot's punch to the head is pretty pathetic for a wrestling finisher, but would be one of the most devastating in reality. I mean you talk about a finish to a fight, a really nasty punch to the head usually knock someone cold.

well the way he does it really sucks. also it really depends on who takes it. If the guy taking it can't sell it well, and I've seen poor sellers take it, it really really sucks.
but if sold well it looks at least decent |

I'm sorry, but I have to disagree. I don't care who does it, Jeff Jarrett, Brian Christopher, even Chris F'N Jericho, it's a pretty crap-looking move, and I can't buy it as a finisher. I don't know about worst finisher, but in my opinion, it's pretty damn close.

well I can remmeber Jericho making it look decent at times. I never bought it as a finisher. Specially at some PPV. I think it was Survivor Series with the 5 on 5 match for control or whatever. Jericho got eliminated tso he nailed it on rock. The camera was close and you saw like Rock's hand hit the mat and his head was like bout 4 inches from hittin the mat.
That killed it for me. I couldn't ever buy it as a finisher but times I could only when Jericho did it. |

Heart Punch is the WORST.
Even seeing it, you're like.... GTFOOHWTPBJ. The Worm is like the Y2K version of the Heart Punch. The Leg Drop, done by a fat ass might actually work...but it's underwhelming. |
