I think Indiana will pull the upset in six games. I think they win game one and the storyline will be there inability to stop West on the pick and pop.

Cs comeback for the win and Rondo with a triple double. I think he might have passed Lebron or ties another person for the all-time list.
Series is still going to be a tough one with how determined the Sixers played the whole game. |

OKC, Clippers, Pacers or Sixers.... someone that has never won the title or hasn't won in a long time. Same old shit in the NBA is ridiculous.

I saw the Pacers blowing that from a mile away. That team has the most predictable collapses.

One of those teams against one of the established trams would be fun, but two of them would be boring and draw zero ratings.

I don't give a fuck about ratings.... I care about breaking out of the status quo in sports. Same teams in the same championships every year get old after so long. Lakers... been there done that. Celtics and Heat same thing. I want something different for a change.

I can same the same for seeing the Yankees, Red Sox, and Cardinals every year in the World Series. At least when the Phillies and Giants were in the WS, it was DIFFERENT.

I can understand the complaints against the Lakers considering historically they own the West and have like 50% of all the appearances by the West in the NBA Finals. Between them and the Spurs hogging up all the spots except 2 by the Mavs since Jordan left, makes sense why it seems a bit boring from their side.
Before 2008, Cs hadn't been in the Finals in almost 20 years while the Heat (and when Lebron was on the Cavs) is all marketing since Stern cares more about finding the next Jordan than having a lot of good teams. It also doesn't help how horrible the officials are so it makes it seem only certain teams or stars are allowed to win. |

As Smelly Meatball said, before 2008 the Celtics hadn't been to the finals since 1986.. They have been there twice since then and won one.. Before 2006, the Heat had never been, and since then have been twice and won one.. O_o |

Sports are about what team is the best. If the same teams are coming up each year (which really isn't the case if you really look at the field) it is just because they are one of the best teams. There is no conspiracy that keeps teams on top just because they have a big market.

Lakers (16 titles) and Celtics (17) have 33 combined NBA championships. That's half of the 66 year history of the NBA. I just want to see teams that have NEVER won one or haven't won one in 30 or more years win ONE.
