Access Denied help :'(
Ok so due to my moronic dad ( see here for details) I need some help.
When ever I try to access the folder it comes up with this message: C:\Documents and Settings\Documents and Settings\Nick Jackson\Desktop is not accessable. Access is denied Now I'm pretty sure that this is because that the profile was password protected. Can anyone tell me if there is anyway around this? I need to get to certain documents before the weekend is over, otherwise I'm pretty much ****>ed. |

You can probably find an XP profile password cracker on the net.

Do this:
Start > Run > "cmd" When it comes up you can type in "net users" and a list of all profiles made on your computer will come up. Now, to change the password do this: Start > Run > "cmd" Type in: net user (name of the profile you're trying to change) * Example: net user administrator * Then you can type in your password but be careful because it won't show what you're typing. When finished press enter. Done. |
