I always remember when HHH did that tiger driver pedigree to that guy and almost murdered him. With the curb stomp at least your arms are already free and you can brace yourself better. Big fan of the curb stomp. Sorry to see it go. Something tells me that the pedigree will stay forever because deal with it. |

ignore the part where I said I wish it wasn't the case or singled out pretty much only you for being all "fucking bullshit" (and like one other person had the same reaction) when it's not really fucking bullshit at all

I think it sucks if they're getting rid of it, I personally like it. But it's clearly understandable in this day and age of "giant entertainment empire" and not "pro wrestling company" why they'd do it.

Someone said it earlier but I wish they would just stomp the back instead of the head then. Really enjoyed it as a finisher.

What Ruien said.
Too unique of a finisher to just give it up for some lame ddt variation. Just modify it so it isn't so centralized on the head. |

Finding it odd they would wait so late into his "character development" to take away his finisher. Should have been done ages ago, by their reasoning, meaning it never should have happened.
Felt like it is a good finisher when sold well and not like Cena does with his stupid jump. |

Kinda surprised at how many people like the curb stomp. I don't get it. Everyone on the planet can do it. It's so boring, and I see nothing fresh or innovative or impressive or fun about a stomp. The only finishers I can think of (quickly, without any research) that I dislike more are big show's KO punch and hogan's leg drop.

Big Show's KO punch works man, taking into consideration his fist is probably the size of an average human head.

According to the Observer, the move itself hasn't been put on the ban list but the WWE wants a new move done instead for his finisher. Similar in status to Orton's "banned" punt kick.
Took out all Curb Stomp references in his tron to place less emphasis on that move. |

I think they don't want him to use it because it looks really dangerous, is dangerous in theory, even though the bump is really safe for the most part. Also the curb stomp became famous in a really violent scene from American History X, I bet Vince McMahon finally saw that movie and thought the connection was too violent.

More likely he was told about the movie by someone else... but yeah. Stomping the back of someone's head into the ground is clearly not the same thing as a pedigree. Also, it was insane that "curb stomp" was ever even allowed as the name of the finisher in today's landscape.

I really didn't like his new finisher. I had those type of moves. I wish he'd just use a sick DDT.
