1) his twitter feed where somone broke the head off his action figure. 2) the potential angle and subsequent push against Tensai back when they were playing that whole thing straight... kinda like Rusev, but back to my point... Tatsu was basically "offended" by Tensai's gimmick and mistreatment of Sakimoto, and ASKED for a match against that guy we weren't supposed to remember was Albert. Instead of seeing the potential male version of Gail Kim vs Awesome Kong they had on their hands, they made it a one-off squash match that ultimately did NOTHING for either guy. |

Not a lot notable about his singles career, but we'll always have a lot of memories of hilarious Cryme Tyme moments.

Like so many other teams in the past decade, Cryme Tyme were split up for basically no reason. They thought they could push Shad Gaspard as a monster heel but soon realized he wasn't very good and abandoned it within weeks and just used JTG as enhancement talent.
Cryme Tyme always got a decent reaction. Should have just kept them around. Good team to use to get an up and coming heel duo over and they were over enough that they could have been thrown into a quick Tag Title program in a pinch. |

JTG had so much charisma and personality it wasn't funny. There were uses for him, but I guess his attitude kept getting in the way or something.

Yoshi Tatsu could have been used more prominently in the new NXT. The crowd cheekily chant for him, so he could have been inserted into storylines. I don't know if it would have made the company much money though, so I guess I can understand them never doing anything with that.

I could see Teddy Long going into the Hall of Fame next year.
Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal could get future shots with the company if they keep working on their craft and keep their noses clean. |

And all the awesome tag teams of WWE circa 2005-ish. |

It would have been interesting to see how JTG went in the Full Sail NXT.

I'll always hate TNA for doing what they did to Robbie, which cost him and Rory their jobs and WrestleMania pay checks.

So because of that, The Highlanders jobbed for months, lost their massive WrestleMania pay check, and then were released. A really big dick move from TNA in my opinion. Quote:

To be fair, Robbie should have been smarter than to attend the "competition".
Even if they didn't put him on tv, there are dozens of fans with their cell phones and cameras who will go right home and send it to Ryan Clark. |

TNA are fucking stupid if they don't try and secure Crime Time for their tag team scene.

They are also insane if they don't try and get Drew Galloway in. Great worker, great look, and his personality might click better with the smaller arena. Getting on the mic and rambling passes as a promo there. And the interactions with Taryn have the potential to be great, providing both are comfortable working with one another.
That being said, I think Galloway would be making a bit of a foolish decision to sign with TNA. I think only guys who know they are well and truly done with WWE should give them a shot. JTG and Matt Sydal are the two that I just couldn't see the WWE bringing back. Brian Meyers too. They kept him around for years and never did ANYTHING much with him over the past few years. |

I liked Curt Hawkins. I didn't think he was ever going to be more than a tag team specialist, but still thought he was decent enough to find regular work on Superstars or Main Event. I like his Gatecrashers team with Vance Archer but then they just broke them up for no reason once WWE went into one of their patented "eh, fuck tag team wrestling" moods. His team with Reks was entertaining as well, just bad luck that Reks wanted to move on.
They also had him team with Ryder once when Hawkins got drafted to Raw in 2011, but it was abandoned after a week. Ryder then enjoyed his brief singles push but has floundered since. As soon as Reks was granted his release I thought they should have just but Ryder and Hawkins back together permanently as a comedy team. Neither man had been doing anything, they've got chemistry, they have a history of teaming before, they're childhood friends in real life, etc. Ah well. At least Hawkins has had no trouble finding work and is running a training school. |
