That was so damn uncomfortable last night watching Joffrey berate Tyrion during the wedding and showing the midget battle royale. Looking back I was scrambling trying to figure out who was posted up where. Like the Oberyn and that Tyrell dude nodding, that was either, hey let's do it right here, or let's execute this assassination and then let's go do it.

I have read ahead, so I know what's to come. I was still impressed with the mayhem going on though

They've pulled off a little murder-mystery beautifully there.

Was it The Fool, tired of Joffrey's cruel treatment?
Was it Tyrion, who moments early had been publicly ridiculed by his younger brother?
Was it Sansa, who had opportunity when she handed the King's goblet to Tyrion?
Was it a conspiracy between Martell and Loras?
Or even Cersei, with Joff dead the throne falls to Tommen, giving Cersei the power of Queen Regent once again.

Yeah, Joffrey was a great heel. No sympathy for him whatsoever, and wanted to see him get beat down or verbally told off every episode....

Like, all the other heels on the show... they have some sympathetic qualities.... or have that "Damn, that guy is cold... but kind of badass" feel about them.

A little fantasy booking adjustment and I would have let Dontos get on the ship and start a little scuffle with Littlefinger, only to have LF get the upperhand and chokeslam Dontos onto the paddle boat, dying from the devastation to his back as the remnants of the paddleboat stab through him.

That probably could have enough WTF power to end the show. I was pleased with the scene nonetheless.
