Edge also headlined a Wrestlemania. That should kinda count as an accomplishment too.

Three singles championship & tag team championship.
For example: HBK: WWF Champion (primary), Intercontinental Champion (secondary) , European Champion (tertiary) , Tag Team Champion According to the wiki page for it.... only the Euro/Hardcore titles apply to the Grand Slam, so for example John Cena cannot be a Grand Slam winner. |

And since the WWE has no official 3rd tier title anymore.... it should include winning the US as a way to pull off the Grand Slam. |

CM Punk has won the WWE Championship, World Heavyweight Championship, ECW Championship, World Tag Team Championship and the Intercontinental Championship.
Rey Mysterio has won the WWE Championship, World Heavyweight Championship. WWE Tag Team Championship, Intercontinental Championship and the Cruiserweight Championship. He needs to win the United States Championship. |

Why would inactive championships that no one can win still count towards any sort of Grand Slam? Back when there was a WWE Title, IC Title, Euro Title and Tag Team Title, it made sense to refer to them as a "Grand Slam." Now there is a WWE Title, World Heavyweight Title, IC Title, US Title and Tag Team Title. That should be the Grand Slam by current standards.
I had realised Edge and Big Show had done it, but for some reason never put it together that Angle had obviously done it too. Good for him. That makes the three of them the only ones so far. There are quite a few wrestlers who are only a US Title away from being able to put themselves on that list -- Triple H, Chris Jericho, Kane, Randy Orton, CM Punk and Rey Mysterio. If The Miz ever wins the World Heavyweight Title, he will have actually achieved that rare honor. If Kofi Kingston ever becomes a main event player and wins both the WWE and World Heavyweight Champions, he can add his name to the list. Christian, despite having held the now inactive World Tag Team Championship nine times, has never been a WWE Tag Team Champion. If he wins that and the US Title, he'll be a Grand Slam Champion like his former partner, Edge. It should also be noted that Santino Marella has the same bases covered as Kofi Kingston -- meaning that if something happens and Santino Marella becomes a legit main eventer -- he will qualify as a Grand Slam Champion. Edge has also won the King of the Ring, Money in the Bank and the Royal Rumble. Maybe since the King of the Ring tournament hasn't been held for almost three years now and the accomplishment isn't even mentioned in association with the guys who have won it, it shouldn't be counted in any sort of "Golden Slam" list of achievements. Some might suggest that winning the main event of WrestleMania could be listed in there, which would actually not include Edge either, since his only main event was losing to The Undertaker. If we want to just count the Royal Rumble and Money in the Bank as "Golden Slam" achievements (things that any Superstar could realistically win during their career), John Cena is really the only guy that has ticked them both off besides Edge. Punk and Miz are Royal Rumble wins away while Rey is a Money in the Bank win away, which aren't the most unrealistic possibilities for those men to achieve. Daniel Bryan has won Money in the Bank and if his stock rises, he could win a Royal Rumble, but he hasn't been Intercontinental Champion or WWE Champion either. |
