Well look at any of the sites you got that pic from. They don't list Demolisher as a part of devastator, and he's got his own toy.

This is gona be confusing for people that aren't into the cartoons, we had "devestator" (brawl) in the first one geting fucked up now in the sequel we have something by the same name but looking totally different.

Thats assuming of course they actually keep the name devestator.

I dont get how that wheel thing was only one of the constructicons, if thats just one (and it looked to be 1.5-2.5x the size of prime) id hate to see how large the fully assembled devestator is.

The decepticons badly need mroe screen time to develop their characters more, i think that would be more interesting than listening to labeouf say "nonononononononononnnonononononno" like he does in every fucking movie he's ever been in.

PROTIP: Those casual audience you talk about won't remember there was a robot named Devestator in a minor role in the last one. They'll see the familiar old robots battling new and bigger robots. They'll eat it up and there's nothing confusing in a Michael Bay movie about fighting robots.

The 'Cons definitely have more screen time. You will be serviced. And they admitted they goofed with the name in the first movie. If they doule dip the first film I suppose they'll finally fix the name, if they care enough (I would TBH).

Why not? And please with all those names. As far as I know only one of those is in the movies. And does it sound like the name of a robot jet? Yes. It does. Seeing as jets break the sound barrier and what not. Sounds just as much like a jet as any of the other names sound like what they are.

Perfect. Slightly off topic but the themes match. I'm pretty much with this guy 90% of the way, but I do think there were good game-movies.

I have this thread coming up that actually goes into how I think videogame/comic/geek-fare movies have been reviewed incorrectly for the last 10 years, but I'm still working out that piece.

Michael Bay does not "make entertainment". He produces well. His movies always have good visuals -- when he's producing. He has no idea what makes a decent script or how to direct anything.

And besides, "The Wrestler" -- which I haven't seen -- IS entertainment. Any movie that's good is entertaining. That is to say, it doesn't have to be mindless drivel to be entertaining: it has to make you happy that you watched. And a sloppy sequel to a sloppy movie doesn't strike me as entertainment. If that's what you call enticing, then that's great. But bad is still bad.
