Ugh...its bugged. Found a work around tho: go to single fight and chose a fighter. Back out when the matchbstarrs tonload and open another app (netflix for example) wait a moment and hen go back in. Pause the match and go to character select. You can choose him at this point.

I like his version with thebteleport the best. I think with out it the projectile spammers online will murder him...but the version with the resurrection...so nice.

Recent patch meant to fix a lot of problems with the PC version accidentally has the side effect of deleting game saves. The amount of complaints was great enough for the patch to get pulled.

my 7 year old loves it, I played the first MK when I was 8, he's been playing them for 3 years. Sometimes I let him beat me and he gets high off that, esteem-wise

I will get there with my son. I had him playing D III for a while but he started running around telling us he was going to cut our heads off, kill us, etc.

He is just starting school in July, and I was a bit worried about him cutting promos in kindergarten that their universe just isn't prepared for....

I want to get Witcher III too, but have the same reservations as it is even more mature than MK.

You sir, are a good parent, I defiantly know what you are talking about. I only play Lego and SSX video games when my kids are awake. I play WWE games when the are asleep. I play the mature stuff when they are not in the house.

2 patches were recently released for the PC version with a 3rd patch arriving soon.

Warner Bros could end up facing some legal action in the future regarding claims of purposely misleading consumers with the Kombat Pass. According to a report from Destructoid, Warner Bros is claiming they never advertised the Kombat Pass as a separate Season's Pass for the game nor it being covered by the regular Season's Pass while evidence from retailers points at the opposite being true.

Warner Bros statement after being contacted about the situation:

PS3 and Xbox 360 versions were delayed to a TBA date.

I have never felt worse about doing something that's technically cool than I did when I hit a Brutality on my nephew. I was glad he didn't see the big hole in his character's head.

Notes for the latest patch revealed some of the stuff that got tweaked and removed. Also includes some hidden goodies in the form of secret fatalities.

So I watched the Mortal Kombat X movie a la Story mode. I wasn't getting pussy that night and so I had time to kill.


Pretty interesting that they're making Cassie Cage the new protagonist of this era. Also interesting that Liu Kang and Kitana are now the main antagonists and rulers of the Netherrealm.

Warner Bros announced the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions have been canceled. Was originally meant for a summer release before getting delayed till a late 2015 release.

I personally dont want rain because he is already in the game which means you would be paying for them just to basically unlock him from the game code which is wrong.

Rain is not in the game. He's the story mode, where the CPU does some attacks balanced for single player. But that is not Rain. Rain being in the game is him being a fully fleshed out character, with balanced normals and specials. Also a balanced out group of styles to choose.

They would not just 'unlock' him. He's not in the game.

I'd say less than 50%, but you do raise an interesting issue I see a lot.

What exactly is the difference, in your eyes, between a character made before [date] and a character made after [date]? Or is the date created itself the critical factor?
