EXTREMELY happy sounding music
I need some. Preferably instrumental.
Something childlike, or with whistling, or even some old jazz. Last edited by Triple A; 02-20-2008 at 06:58 AM. |

Didn't that song feature the B52's? Or am I thinking of a different one?

"Hey, hey, hey! Pull this bus over to the side of the pretentiousness turnpike! I want everybody out, I want the shiny people over here and the happy people over here! I represent angry, gun-toting, meat-eating fucking people! ...Sit down and shut the fuck up, Michael." - Dennis Leary

Blueberry Boat is really good. Exactly what i was looking for really. Couldn't find the other one though.
The other songs listed are either too well known or too many lyrics. I guess I don't want lyricssssssss Any more??? Preferably songs that are "child-like" and stuff. I am gonna be using these to edit into short films/animations. |

OH also...
How about songs with whistling in them? Songs that feature whistling throughout, and no lyrics, would be amazing. |

OK I found the absolute perfect artist for what I am looking for.
His name is Ronnie Ronalde and he is a 1950s "whistler". The problem is I can't find anything by him at all online to download for free. I might actually have to go buy an album from him. |

Architecture in Helsinki is usually pretty infectiously cheery. There are lyrics in most songs, but there are a few instrumentals. But there are clap-alongs, wind and string instruments, horns, and general cheeriness abound.
In fact, fuck it, I just recommend Architecture in Helsinki full stop, whether it's what you're actually looking for or not. Get their album In Case We Die. Fingers Crossed and Places Like These are both excellent listens too, but ICWD is my personal favourite. |

Also, the theme song for the Whitest Kids U Know TV show is super happy and has no real lyrics.
