Jimmy Snuka dismissed of all charges in murder trial
Court ended up believing Snuka's team claims of him being mentally unfit for trial. All charges got dropped as a result.
PWI believes WWE is likely going to quietly reinstate Snuka's Legends deal now that the trial is finally over. Probably also means Vince no longer has to worry about the rumors of him being involved in the cover-up being proven or not in court. Quote:

Word on the street last I heard was Snuka was in pretty bad health physically and mentally, I believe they said his lawyer told the judge he suffers from onsets already of Dementia. Highly doubt even if the prosecutor got a grand jury to indict him on the evidence, it would have never went to trial. He would have been found unfit by reason of mental disease/defect.

Could be legit and was always going to be tough for the prosecution to claim he was faking it. The real doubt about his mental stuff was mostly from some stuff he did outside of court during the trial. There were a few instances of him at wrestling conventions being completely different than how he was in court and not related to how dementia works.

Kind of glad he got aquitted. Even if he did it, all a guilty verdict would doat this point is ruin Tamina, just to serve justice on a guy who is practically dead already.

Ugh, I don't know how to feel about this. I don't like calling someone a murderer if they haven't been convicted of anything, but this says nothing to the innocence of Snuka -- his brain is just too fucked because of shit he has done to stand trial for something that should have been addressed years ago.

... so, does this mean Tamina is a person in the eyes of WWE again and will start appearing on TV?

Would WWE have actually fired Tamina if Snuka was found guilty? Feel like that'd have made them look quite petty seeing as Tamina had nothing to do with it.
Kinda like how they completely dismissed the idea of signing David Benoit when he reached out to them to express interest. Whether they think he's talented enough or not is one thing but nobody should be punished because a relative committed a horrible crime the other person wasn't involved with. |

I guess we will never know if Tamina had anything to do with it since the case didn't go to trial.
