I dunno, not really enough to judge. The effects look cool, but so does every superhero movie this day and age.

As far as the tone goes, the Fantastic Four movie SHOULD be something different from a superhero movie, and more like stuff like challengers of the unknown.

The whole basis of FF is that it combines old serial sci-fi stuff with comic book super heroes. So in that regard, it looks like they're doing alright.

Have never completely given up on this film despite the foreboding updates. Mainly because my love of Doom makes me want them to succeed with this.

The trailer has given me a faint bit of hope but it doesn't show much (doesn't show anything of hacker doom) so still on the fence here.

I've never seen the two other Fantastic Four movies, but I may just go out to the theater to watch this one.

Definitely a more serious tone than the last two, but not too serious either.

Still can't really tell if it will be good or not.

This looks like it could be a great movie if people don't compare it too much to the source material.

Michael B. Jordan recently fired back at some of the basement-dwelling morons saying he has no business playing Johnny Storm because he's black. Because clearly Marvel universes can never be open to creative interpretation. Dude is a good actor, really happy with this cast.

Pumped for this movie. Thing looks completely badass.

It's not the worst comic book movie of all time.

But it feels like it's 3 hours long and the third act is about 10 minutes.

The writing is also especially poor.

Wanted to reboot the series like they did recently for the X-Men series after a while. Also have a deal similar to what Sony had with Spiderman requiring them to make films on a constant basis to keep the license regardless if they were any good or needed at the time.

I feel bad for fans. I know the Fantastic Four are beloved but in three, well, four counting the unreleased film, but in four tries they haven't gotten it right. Sucks really. I was hoping it'd be decent.

I've never been a big fan either. I did read Future Foundation, and enjoyed that but stopped when they started requiring you toread Fantastic Four to follow the story.

Too bad the reviews seem terrible... Was mildly looking forward to this... Not because it seemed like any Fantastic Four I know, but because if I divorced it from everything it is "supposed" to be, it looked like it could have been a "cool" sci-fi movie.
