I think he's starting to gain momentum. The shows popularity has carried over into the arenas. There is no way that the WWE brass haven't seen the signs in the crowd week in, week out. These are only small steps but with his show likely going to wwe.com and the constant linking of him with Cena on-screen (which I actually think is Cena's doing, so props to him) I see the Ryder Revolution happening soon.

I love how Zack's Dad is writing his letter in giant words with a red marker. And that he signs it as "Zack's Dad".

Zack's dad should be father of the year or something. Hawkins said on AOW that Zack had his dad drive out to Toys R Us to get him some Wrestlemania collectible figures before Hawkins could get to them when they were training together.

I was at the doctor's this morning, he's a younger guy, and he asked me something to which I replied, "Are you serious bro?" He replied, "WWWYKI!" Awesome!

I think I'd like to see the "WWE gags" used as vignettes on Raw leading to a push for Ryder.
Imagine midway through Raw we cut to "This is the WWE. This is Zack Ryder." etc. |

WWWYKI 1.
I think Ryder actually had a custome plate for his car that reads "WWWYKI". I'm sure I've seen it in one of his videos. Get "WWWYKI 1" and be just like him. |

Thanks to @HEELZiggler for all the nice things he said about me on Raw. But I wouldn't leave him alone with my girlfriend though. |

guys remember how The Rock started out, he looked like a goofball with curly hair, comical eyebrow, $500 shirts, elvis sideburns, and was fat and had man boobs but he evolved into Dwayne Johnson
Zack Ryder is on the right path TO GREATNESS. As long as his work ethic is good and his attitude is good, I see him eventually evolving from goofball guido into bonafied main event stud Also anyone notice Big O howling like a banshee? |

you gotta take the top stars of today and rewind their careers and take a look at them when they first started out
even Randy Orton looked like a tool. Same with Triple H. They all looked like fools. But eventually they turned themselves into gold |

They never had comedy gimmicks though. Much tougher to get out of a comedy gimmick, especially if it becomes popular.

So, I've noticed that I have been ending conversations/meetings with the phrase "Take Care" lately. Which I never used to say. Also, I have to fight the incredible urge to say "Spike your hair". I think I do "pronounce" the comma, though.
So I'm like "Alright. Take Care," And I guess whoever I'm talking to might expect something to follow, but I haven't let it slip out yet. |

That Miley Cyrus song is on the playlist at work and a couple nights ago I found myself singing along but using the "Party in the L.I." lyrics. Glad nobody caught me, either way that could have been embarrassing. |

Z Ryder needs to make sure he keeps his material fresh prevent it from getting stale though

Also, Big O needs to get signed...NOW. I don't care if he's not a wrestler. Just throw him in front of the mic and call it a day. He's got more charisma in his pinky finger than most of the guys on the roster combined Also, I'm not a big fan of Curt Hawkins..."The Party Starter". He's copying Shawn Michaels "The Showstopper" with that shit. Plus he's turning into a bitter Matt Hardy. He should be careful |

I don't recall Rocky Maivia being a comedy act before he became The Rock. As The Rock he may have done comical promos but he wasn't a "comedy act" like Ryder or Santino.
I think it's a stretch to compare the two. Even to compare him to HHH - who was doing out and out comedy as part of DX - is a stretch as the comedy was a different style. |

admit it though, when blue chipper Rocky Maivia came out with that curly hair and blue ribbons he might as well have been a comedy act
ok you win what I meant was that even though Ryder is a comedy act, he could still slowly progress to where he starts making fun of his opponents (instead of himself) and as long as he has the fan base, they will embrace Z as he evolves. He could be WWE's version of The Situation a few years down the line. WWE superstars are essentially characters. Z has the look and the size. Big O will be the Mankind to Zack's Rocky. The Goldust to Booker T. I can eventually see Z as a serious character who will frequently still do his "classic" references from time to time for nostalgia purposes |

I agree that Ryder has the skill set to step up. Hell, I think this thread proves that a lot of people here do. I also think that someone at WWE has caught on too. He may have lost on Raw but he had a decent showing and man did they push the hell out of his YouTube show - despite having no official connection to it at the moment.
I get what you're saying, that someone who wasn't taken all that seriously (Rocky Maivia) can become someone mega successful and in that you're right. |

He didn't get squashed by Kofi on Raw this week so this could be a good sign.
