Erin's reaction to realizing she was about to have an intense conversation with Robert California killed me for some reason.

Great episode tonight. Can't believe I am actually not missing Michael Scott that much.

I guess i'm the odd one out here, but this is feeling a lot like season 9 of scrubs
not feeling andy as manager at all, feels more like the office is running him rather than vice versa and robert california is ruining the show, it just doesn't feel like he belongs, at all, he's even more of a misfit than deangelo vickers was this was my favourite show until the end of season 7 |

Robert California is good, he just needs a strong willed character in the management position that picks up on his eccentricities and maybe even plays on them a little for his own entertainment purposes rather than try to kiss his ass or live only for his approval like Andy does.
Jim would have been a great comic foil to him. Darryl prior to them turning him into a suck up to Joe would have been too. |

DeAngelo wakes up from the coma, thinks he's still regional manager at Dunder Mifflin and shows up at the office and nobody can convince him that he's not. Hilarity ensues.

I've enjoyed the first four episodes a lot; much more than most of last season, actually. The Andy character seems to be picking up a lot of the mannerisms and general characteristics of Michael Scott, and it's working for me. Not a huge fan of the Robert California character though.

Andy was acting a little too overtly Michael Scott-ish for my liking last night.
Watched a re-run from a few seasons ago, and I never really realized how much Andy changed. Went from an overly macho, angry, douchebag semi-fratboy to this affable kinda-nerd. |

Angela turning him into a cuckold probably had a role in that transformation.

At the beginning it felt like another mediocre episode but once Jim started trying to escape, it turned around.

There has been a severe lack of Creed this season. I don't even remember him having a line all season until last night.

He's been here and there. I think it's just that his lines/scenes aren't as memorable as in the past.

I was confused by the ending and didn't like the episode enough to re-watch. Robert California thought being around Erin's bubbly personality would cheer him up right? He wasn't creeping on her was he?

Nah. Robert's too cool for creepin. Plus he knows very well about Erin and Andy's feelings towards each other. The only way I see Robert pulling anything is if he's actually "making" them get back together

I just downloaded a torrent with all the different webisodes. Never seen any of them, so I hope I'm in for a treat |

I've only seen the individual interviews/non-canon stuff from around season 3 or 4, plus the Subtle Sexuality vids. They were good but not enough to keep me hooked on them
