Thought this was gonna be an all-female one. Aw well... Miz! Miz is awesome. Seriously so underrated, considering how he started off as that reality-TV guy that nobody liked, here he is ten years later! He's a great talker, a great public representative for the company, and with the right people he can put on incredible matches.
It's a real shame that his WWE title run was pretty naff, and that he'll never reach those heights again. |

But Trish is easily top 5 all around female in company history.
Ffs, they put Orton-Wyatt on after Miz' awesome IC title reign vs. Ziggler's career. That's how important Miz is. |

Miz has been the most underrated guy on the roster for a long while. Never was a huge Trish or Lita fan to begin with.

This is a tough choice. Trish is the best women wrestler ever. But the Miz is currently great. Arg. Have to go with Trish Becsuse of equality.

I've been a Miz fan ever since The In Crowd and The Dirt Sheet. The dude has all of the tools. Natural heel. I don't love him as a face, but I hardly love anyone as a face. He's carved his way quite nicely, and just out of respect for the work he's doing now, I voted for him.
Love me some Trish, though. |

Voted for Miz mainly due to him being one of the very few guys who can get crowds to react the exact way he wants and not in a Cena/Reigns style way for booing or cheering.
Also tough to do a direct comparison because Miz was always going to have more opportunities for possible greatness and improvement than Trish mainly due to how the WWE works. |

I voted for Trish. It's that charisma and, within her own realm, that credibility that give her the nudge for me. When it comes to the in-ring stuff, I believe Miz is a guy that gets a lot of credit because people always think about him being shit. He can go out there and he can have a competent enough match and people call it "good."
There have been moments in history where I have been hopeful for Miz. I liked his team with John Morrison and some of his promo work around the time of his big singles push. But that flopped pretty big. Trish did quite well in her role. That says something about charisma and star power. Miz is a good talker, but I don't think that's the same as being a good promo. He's had one, maybe two good promos I can remember. He's confident and clear on the mic, but he never says anything too great. Maybe that is the scripted era, but you can't give Miz points based on hypothetical potential. I also don't buy him in the ring (and I don't think the casual fan does either). He still looks like a guy playing wrestler. He does some movez when he's working with Ziggler now, so I think people are retroactively upping the borefests that have been their other 992 matches. I can't think of one thing he does well in the ring in a noteworthy sense. I mean, Curtis Axel can trash-talk; Heath Slater can sell. Miz is selfless, I will give him that. Because he gets these unwarranted pushes, he has something of a kayfabe credibility, and then he gets dropkicked by a tiny guy and makes them look good. He could be a wonderful enhancement talent or manager. I kind of hate him hovering around as anything serious as a singles act though. As always, it comes down to who is going to make you more money. Trish beat out Charlotte and she beats out Miz, even if you get Maryse in the deal. |

How many great matches did Trish have? How many great promos did Trish deliver? When did Trish even team with John Morrison? She didn't, that's when.

Um, Trish Stratus teamed up with John Morrison in his highest profile match ever, Thrilla. Just reminding ya.

Trish vs. Mickie James stole WrestleMania 22 for me. I know this is a card that also had Shawn Michaels vs. Vince McMahon and Edge vs. Foley, but I wasn't that involved in them because I felt like Michaels and Edge were in the wrong places. That actually does matter to me.
Trish vs. Mickie was the best match that felt like it was placed right, built right, etc. I also remember her stuff with Victoria being enjoyable. Her character work goes into what makes her play back well in my mind. Can anyone really name a great Miz match? I enjoyed his character work with Morrison, as I said, but I can't remember one match from that run. I did like his match with Ziggler at Backlash, even though the emotional investment in nil. That is 12 years into his professional career. Trish retired from full-time competition in after 5. I see Miz's profightdb profile says Dave Meltzer awarded him a 4.5 star rating for a match at Extreme Rules 2016. I cannot, for the life of me, remember what that match was. |

Wait, it was that Fatal 4-Way with Cesaro, Owens & Zayn, wasn't it? Fair enough. He's can carry a tune in the ring, but just not up to a standard that negatives the other areas where Trish blows him out of the water. If we were comparing Trish to, say, Cesaro, I'd have a harder time, because while Trish is the bigger star, Cesaro is just so phenomenally good in-ring.
Hmm, I hope that one doesn't come up. You're either going to need someone with star power or someone that is REALLY good in other areas to knock her off, to be honest. |

My reasons are pretty simple here: Trish is a legend and Miz is a midcarder. He's good, but he wont be remebered much when he's 60.

Meditated long and hard about this.
They both had highs and lows in their careers. When Miz was low (mainly when he was a face) I couldn't care less about him, when Trish was low (mainly before she started rassling and was just some bimbo for Vince to make do demeaning things) at least she had being a hot braud going for her. In ring I'd give the nod to The Miz, who I think is kind of underrated in the ring. Especially when he is working his more "aggressive" style..... Charisma and on the mic I'd also give to The Miz. When given the leash to let loose, and given the right storyline and TV time, the dude can get people over. Alex Riley, Daniel Bryan, Damien Sandow, Dolph Ziggler....... the dude can just get the fans to care.... about other people. So I pick The Miz. |

This is not a fair fight. Trish Stratus was never as good as The Miz in the ring or the mic. This has nothing to do with the fact that she's a woman. That being said, I am baffled that she's leading the poll because of lousy liberals who are posting on this forum #MakeAmericaGravyAgain

Wait till he main events Wrestlemania (again) and unifies the Universal Championship and the WWE World Championship by defeating John Cena (again) and Randy Orton in the same night. He'll show you, you'll see.

You have to be very liberal on your definition of "talent" to give this to The Miz.
