Does anyone know of any websites where I can watch this after it airs in the US?

I usually torrent it but that can take an age. SurfTheChannel usually gets links up quickly but they're usually MegaVideo links and you can only watch 72 minutes per sitting (no good for the double episode opener).

This is mainly for a friend of mine who is joining me on the "can't wait til it airs 3 days later in the UK" bandwagon.

ABC streams every episode on their website in great quality. They usually put it up a few minutes after the broadcast.

1. You can use Hotspot Shield to bypass the region restrictions for sites like ABC, Hulu etc. However, ABC's site has always been a cunt for me and doesn't work very often for me

2. Torrents will work but odds are you'll be waiting about an hour for it to download minumum

3. I use Rapidshare. If you search for 'Lost S505E01/S05E02 Rapidshare' on Google about quarter past/half past 4, you'll find links. Each episode is in about 3 parts and you can only download 1 file/part at a time (unless you have Premium account which will cost you about £3 and is well worth it. Since I've had mine, I haven't used torrents for anything. Download films in 3-4 minutes, little bit less for TV shows)

Me and a mate, bunch of herb/munchies. Gonna watch the finale from last season in a bit too. Been waiting for 8 fucking months. LEGENDARY

Locke is apparently not dead, or at least not permanently dead. Dunno how they're going to explain that but I'm sure my brain won't be able to comprehend it.
I dunno for sure, but he seriously gave me this calming feeling. Like " Oh thank God Richard found Locke". I hope Richard is a good spirit type person and not someone who is actually evil. Cause i really like Richard alot.

One thing that i dont understand. Now i dont know if the writers messed up or if i missed something, but the scene where Farraday talks to Desmond in the past. Well if i remember correctly. The guy that Desmond shared the bunker with, was making him believe that you couldnt go outside and breath the air. Then Desmond followed him one day and realized it was a lie and the guy was just trying to fix his boat so he could sail off the island. And Desmond ended up killing him.

Ok so, why would Desmond answer Farraday in the yellow suit and oxygen mask thing? He was presumably alone because he asked if Farraday was his replacement. So it would have been after he killed his partner. Which means he would have known the air was fine?

Did i miss something here?

If you watch Man of Science, Man of Faith, Desmond still injects himself with the andidote, meaning he is still unsure.
I think he was thinking it was best to be safe than sorry when speaking to Faraday.
He made up his mind finally when Locke assured him they'd been there two months and no one was sick.

I would like to add to this, that upon killing the man who was there with him. I think Desmond would most likely be freaked at someone banging on his door thinking he was alone on the island which would give good reason why he would wear the suit and bring a gun.

IMO, Richard is just like the other 'others'. They've been resetting back in time for a long time and thus do not age. There was a point when the others were talking and someone said "Remember when we used to celebrate birthdays" or something like that. They have been there so long probably that most of them should be pretty old by now, if not dead, yet they have not aged except internally. (IE - the woman with the 80 or so year old womb)

Basically, back when he visited Locke as a child, he was at the age he went onto the island. He has just stayed the same age, only aging when they leave the island (as they are able to do). Richard seems like a very important character, so it is not surprising that he is able to come and go as he pleases, just like Ben.

Richard is one of my favorite 'non-major' characters though. Pretty cool guy, and I hope he gets to be in the spotlight for a while this season.

I think Richard was meant to be a huge part of the show....as was Mr. Eko, before they both left for other shows. But Cane failed, so Richard is back and can finally play his role.

I have faith that this show is going to have a brilliant ending. They don't really have to rush anything, because they know exactly how many seasons they're doing now. Also, Jack is the only actor who knows the ending besides the upper echelon guys in the studio.
