Best Things going for WWE at this Juncture
John Cena
The Ryback Big Guy

Pretty much all i can think of right now. Bryan will eventually dry out. Ambrose and Rollins aren't too impressive. Reigns could be a star if he gets alittle bigger (maybe tips from the big guy? Who knows.)

How about WWE's commentary team? Greatest I've ever seen it.
You have Jerry "King" Lawler who makes great points. JBL who knows everything. And Michael Cole, The ultimate play-by-play announcer who is always on top of the action and also informs us on what WWE is selling.

WWE needs to push guys with actual potential. (Sandow, Miz, Rhodes, Harper,) etc etc.

Note: A New Day is one of the stupidest factions ever assembled and I used to like the Big Guy #2 (Big E) but he fell off.
