Rangers win the Roy Oswalt sweepstakes. $5 mil. plus $1 mil. in incentives.
Magglio Ordonez calls it a career. He'll make the official announcement this sunday. |

Wow that is a pretty cheap pick up by the Rangers. Oswalt wanted something in the $8-$12 million range during the offseason and could of had that if he signed with the Red Sox or another team I can't remember.

Even though half of the Red Sox lineup is minor leaguers or bench players they've rocked Verlander for 5 runs so far.

He's looked lost at the plate lately and he's not very good at all in the field. I'd rather have Davis and his speed in left than Thames who hasn't really produced at the plate.

Red Sox finally able to get above .500 for the first time this season.
Have to go back to the pre-Pedro Martinez days when they've waited that long into the season to get a winning record. |

The Cubs should trade Dempster to the Phillies and see if they can pry Dominic Brown from the Phillies farm system. He's doing nothing and going no where and clearly needs a change if scenery.

Break out the Cubs! They sweep the Padres and are on a 3-game winning streak.

Hawk Harrelson makes baseball games absolutely unbearable unless you're a White Sox fan. I hope MLB fines him for this.

Rockies DFA Jamie Moyer. So let's hear it, fellas. Someone gonna pick up him? Rockies stick him in AAA? Retire? |

For some reason, the Mariners have Joseph RoXer's favorite player, Choney Figgins, playing right field. I do not understand.

AY YO, I went and got tickets to each and every one of the A's/D-Backs games next week and I don't know which games I should root for whom. Or if I should mix and match A's/D-Backs memorabilia. Or just go all A's since I never have that opportunity.
Here are my Oakland A's hat options: Except I don't have that last one but it's the closest one I could find that sort of resembles it. Imagine the white part to be yellow with a green logo and a green bill. Really really hideous. And it goes great with my awesome Mitchell and Ness horizontal green and yellow striped sweatshirt but I can't find a picture of it. I have two other sweatshirts, one of them is really worn out the other is really nice looking, green with yellow sleeves. Here is the problem, I live in Arizona. It is June. I will not be wearing any of those sweatshirts. Hell, I rarely wear them. I've worn that striped one I think twice because it is funny to see me in it but it mostly stays tucked in my closet. Worn out one is worn out from being worn to work. Nice looking yellow sleeves one was worn maybe 5 times. Sweatshirts in Arizona is a silly decision. But here are some normal shirts that I have: |

And then here are my Arizona Diamondbacks hat options:
^^That is my workout hat and do-stuff-outdoor hat so it is all sweaty and grimey and I don't think it's an option. ^^^ That's not the exact hat but it's similar to one like it. It's kinda neat but I feel the brim is too wide. ^^This is my favorite hat ever. I really like the logo. I saw a red one at the team shop but I hate red hats so I looked around online for a black one and they had this and another one from a very shady website. The one from the very shady website had the logo directly in the middle which looked alright too but I actually like the logo placement of this one more. And here are shirt options: ^^^And then I have one similar to that but I don't feel like looking anymore so let's just say that one |
