Is there a program I can use for detailed tracking of bandwidth usage?
Checked my bandwidth usage out about a week ago and I was pretty close to my limit of 80gigs, which I expected since I'd been downloading a lot of torrents this month. So I figured I'd just lay off on those till the end of the month and stick to surfing the web and be fine. Then, I check it again a couple of days ago and see I'm way over my limit. I can't account for what's sucking it all up. I've got a gig or two a day in uploads just from surfing the web and playing Xbox for a few hours. No torrents going, nothing streaming. On Christmas day, I was online for a few hours, and it tells me I downloaded 68MB and uploaded over a gig. I don't get it.
Any ideas? Quote:

Bandwidth Monitor is what I use. I always have the window open in the corner and it displays your stuff real time. It also keeps tally of daily, weekly, monthly and lots of other things.

But is there one that says specifically what's uploading, or where it's uploading to?
