Rumors were true. Denver went with Brock Osweiler.
Kellen Moore was available. Bummer. |

So the Broncos draft a guy who will likely learn behind Peyton at least 3 years and then start one and become a FA, or play out his entire contract as a backup. Makes sense

Cowboys shoulda just drafted Ta'amu and plug up the middle. Unless they think Tyrone Crawford will be effective at the end, hope they're right.

Niners drafted LaMichael James. They're gonna be a stupid scary team on the O side of the ball.
Broncos got Ronnie Tillman. He'll probably get groomed up to replace Knowshon. |

Rueben Randle was a fucking steal for the Giants with the last pick of the 2nd round.
Don't know much about Jayron Hosley. Pretty surprised they didn't take Bobby Massie while he was still on the board. |

I like the Randle pick. Don't know about Hosley, I agree grabbing Massie would've been nice. Giants need to start grabbing some linemen.

It tells me that the Giants are actually pretty confident that James Brewer can be a starting right tackle in the near future. Either Diehl (with Boothe at LG) or Locklear (with Diehl at LG) will start there this year.

I love the Rams draft so much. I'm really excited they also took Trumaine Johnson, I've hung out with him a couple times, he's from the University of Montana, which I attended.

Love the Giants' draft. The only pick that didn't make sense to me was their 6th rounder, OT Matt McCants. Not only does his scouting report sound horrendous, but I see no way he actually makes the team unless somebody goes down with injuries. Baas, Beatty, Snee, and Diehl are guaranteed starters. Boothe and Locklear will both be on the team with one of them also starting depending on where Diehl plays. Mosley was just drafted so he'll be there. Petrus filled in very nicely in the guard position, so he'll be there. That's already 8. Coughlin normally carries 9 linemen and I can't see them giving up on James Brewer already, so figure he gets the last spot. Plus there's a slew of other guys competing for spots that are more versatile than McCants.
Everyone else filled a need - they got 2 first round caliber guys. Great draft. |

Reese ain't fucking around. Already signed up 10 undrafted free agents, maxing out their roster at 90.

somebody has to have made that name up. A kicker named Long Ding is the stuff of dreams. His name is probably like Reg Chow or something and he's going by that name for a laugh.

Huh. Kind of hope he makes the team now, just so I can buy and sport his jersey. Maybe alternate between him, Anger, and Blackmon.
