This one is probably the roughest for me....Perfect is one of my all time favourites....to the point where his theme music has been my ringtone since I've had a smart phone. But, as was mentioned, objectively Angle edges out Hennig.

For some reason whenever I see this logo, I immediately think it is for "The Muppet Show" before I actually read it......

I was somewhat joking, but as Destor said, if this were more...cultured, objectively you'd have to consider Misawa one of the greatest of all-time. It's through an Attitude-era and post centric lens that Kurt Angle is regarded as one of the greatest ever. I'm not saying that he's not great or even one of the greatest, but there have been workers that have drawn a lot more money, had just as many classics and have been, proportionately, as culturally significant.

If i wasnt "writing for my audience" Misawa would absolutely be a boss level pick. As is he's round 1 or 2.
And thats not exactly a bad thing. The omly reason I post here is because its the least smarky board ive seen. We can talk buyrates and star power instead of everything being about work rate. However Misawa has work rate, star power, longevity, generational impact and huge success at the gate the likes of which rival even Ric Flair. |
