Don't even know what to say after that. Such a crazy finale, so much going on.
A ton of questions now. No idea what will even happen next season. |

RIP Charlie. Even though we knew he was gonna die... I was kinda hoping he wouldn't. I was kinda hoping that he would have just SWAM OUT THE WINDOW too. Looked like he could have fit.
Also, I laugh at how every episode Mikhail is in he gets beaten to a bloody pulp or killed and is fine like five minutes later. So... that "flashback" actually turned out to be flashforward, right? Because if it was a flashback it would make absolutley zero sense. |

What they did is pretty unfair. They come up with one of the craziest plot advances ever and now we have to wait 8 months to see what happens next.

How many more seasons were planned? I forgot what was confirmed. Don't have any idea what could happen in the next couple of seasons.
Spoilers obviously - I don't really like knowing that at least two people get off the island. I dunno, pretty crazy knowing how part of it could end. So many questions though. Jack kept talking about his dad in the "future" or whatever, is that just showing how out of it he was or what? Who was Kate talking about when they were off the island. And who was the person that died and the funeral Jack went to? Just crazy, like so many ridiculous things to think about. |

3 more seasons of 16 episodes each. February to May.
Spoilers - - Yeah, it's fucked up. Why would they cut to the future? They better pull one hell of a storyline out of their ass to support the finale. Why would he tell the new chief to to check on his father? I'm guessing Kate was talking about Sawyer. I'm guessing the funeral was for Locke. I can't think of anyone else who would have absolutely noone show up for their funeral. Why would he feel that them leaving was wrong down the road? Does this mean we're going to see the rest play out with the rest of the seasons despite knowing how it's going to end up? Crazy ass show. |

wow...thats all I can say
there is still so much to be answered on the Island...I wonder if flashforwards will be more frequent next season. My mind is fried trying to figure this out. Also, the name of the funeral parlor is apparently an anagram for FlashForward |

They've been one to tease the future being one thing and changing it so I'm holding out a little hope that this is one of those times. Give the audience a glimpse of what would happen and then change it to something else.
Probably won't happen, and if it doesn't I won't be disappointed, but giving up "the ending" feels really weird when there are 3 seasons left. |

Spoilers -
Yeah, this episode was just mind blowing. Like its making me think of so much. Just don't know where they could possibly go for three more seasons. With Jack talking about his father, the only thing I could think is to show how crazy he was going. But who really knows with this show. As for Kate, yeah Sawyer was the only explanation for that. I don't understand why the funeral seemed to be held in a black neighborhood. And you gotta assume some get off the island but leave others behind or something. Also, why didn't Charlie run out of the chamber and shut the door lol, seemed entirely possible to just do that. Matthew Fox was great in this episode, his acting was brilliant the whole finale. I just really don't know where they could go from here. |

I highly doubt they're just throwing the show's plotline away considering the show was built around alot of questions answered with more questions and real answers that take a long time to actually answer.
Spoilers - - What bugs me is Locke. The island takes the form of Walt and tells him that he needs to get up and that there's work to do. He kills Naomi with a thrown knife. Fine. Great. But then he just lets Jack pick up the phone and make the call. I'm guessing that was exactly what the island didn't want him to do and we find out that it isn't Penny's boat and that what Ben says about them is probably true. Why did he just let him do it? Why wasn't there any sign of the monster? Gonna have to wait so long to find this stuff out. |

Yeah, I really didn't understand that part at all, didn't really make sense. There are so many questions to be answered though like the whole Jacob thing. Can't wait until next season, gonna be far too long to wait.
I kind of get the feeling The Others and the main group will team up or something along those lines against the others on that ship. Still kind of clueless as to where they might go with this though. |

Holy shiiiiitt hot stuff.
Great finale with a kickass WTFFFFF ending. Sawyer killing Tom (even though I liked Tom) was nice and Sayid breaking that dude's neck. Des with the spear gun. |

Unbelieveable. Had a hard time getting to sleep last night with all the questions. So here goes.
So Jin is your man for a fist fight, but he can't shoot straight for shit. I'm sitting here going "ah, come on." Sawyer is back. No doubt about it. Kinda getting sick of Hurley/Hugo. How the hell did he just go off and get that damn bus, and hammer down to the beach? OH MY GOD at Malcolm David Kelley. Did that kid grow and put some years on him or what? Hope he comes back next season and fucks around with Locke's head some more. Why are all the hot women getting killed off? First Maggie Grace, then Michelle Rodriguez (well she got in trouble off set), "supposedly" that girl with Rodrigo Santoro, and now Marsha Thomason. I wish a fresh face would drop in and stay awhile. Quote:
We'll miss you Charlie. I agree he could have probably swam out and changed his fate. But, he decided to run with it. But gave probably the most important info. "Not Penny's Boat". Alex and Rousseau. Reunited. I guees it feels so good. And finally. A glimpse of the future. Jack was ready to kill himself, but turned out to be a hero. Life I guess is falling apart for him. Maybe everyone gets off the island, maybe not. In the end, he hooks up with Kate who almost looked like Kelly Ripa in the dark. Who apparently is dating someone. Sawyer might be the obvious choice. Spoilers down below. Almost had my prediction on Locke pegged. Instead he's still beat up and kills Naomi. But he could still throw a hell of a knife. I wonder who is on the boat? Government, some science team, pirates. Only time will tell. I'm still not dead set on Juliet's allegence. Sure she gave Jack all that info, but not taking Sawyer to the guns. Something is still up. Other than that, bring on next season. |

The Part with Mikhail was my favorite part of the whole finale....that final scene with him just had me busting up laughing...
Toms end was my second favorite part of the episode... It was a prett bland episode...I actually liked the last episode more then I liked this one...... Here is what I think.....The funeral Jack was at was for Ben....perhaps he gets off the island also (notice how Kate said "Why I would I go to that?" with anger. She must hate who ever it was for which can only leads to Ben, pluse no one was there and Ben had no one. ALso I think the "he" Kate was speaking of is Sawyer, so I assume that he will get off the island also. What I would like to see is in the second season coming up they actually get off the island in the finale, and then from there on it shows them in the outside world for the final episode. ...or some siht like that...hell...or perhaps have Jack and Kate leave...and then have to come back at the end of the series finale to help the gang.. |

For some reason I think it was Micheal's funeral. It would explain why it was a black neighbourhood and why no one else turned up (He pretty much screwed em all over). |

Man I am tired!
As usual Thursday is my night for Lost, however, I had to take different means to get to it. As I stayed at my girlfriend's on Wednesday I couldn't get the torrent running so that it would be done when I returned from work. So having got in the house at 9:30PM I started the torrents...636 hours for completion!!! Now I know torrents never take as long as they say they do but i couldn't take the risk, so, off to tv-links.co.uk to watch the streamed vids. Too much buffering, but finally got about 35 mins into the first half when...IE crashes! In the words of Darth Vader...NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Anyhow I eventually finish watching around 3 in the morning and WOW! My thoughts are as follows... Charlie Seems to most that he had at least 2 chances for survival. Either wait til the small room floods and then swim through the port hole OR just bale. Now someone above me said that would have resulted in the death of Desmond, but realistically it wouldn't have. Think how long it took to fill the small room, there's no way the whole station would have flooded quickly enough to drown them. Both Charlie and Desmond would have had time to dive and swim to the surface even without the diving equipment. Charile sacrificed himelf because he believes in fate and destiny, or at the very least believes Desmond's flashes. He believes he must die to save the 815ers and so allows himself to drown. Jack's Flashforward Why is it that Jack is in this downward spiral? Is it simply that without the island he has no purpose. No one to lead, no problems to solve. My thoughts were that Ben was telling the truth and that having made the call, Jack had effectively signed the death certificates of his fellow survivors. At some point he returns home and is wracked with guilt. However, he wants to go back. That would lead us to asume there is something to go back to/for. Naomi's People Are they Dharma coming back to reclaim the island? I have no ideas on this other than it appears Ben is telling the truth (at least a little) given that Naomi lied. Any ideas? |

I agree with the whole Charlie would of had time to swim to the surface but this is what I think...
The vision Desmond had was Clair and the Baby getting rescued after Charlie turned off the switch and drowned....my thoughts are that perhaps he closed the door and drowned for fear that if he were to leave the hatch that it would some how change the vision and cause Clair not to be rescued. |

I think the funeral was ben. It would add up because ben was on the island most of his life and wouldnt know anyone outside the place. And it would also explain kates reaction as well
