Went out and actually illegally downloaded this, because I like Star Wars.
I'd have to say that it is the first time I've laughed at Family Guy in a long while. The only bad things in my opinion were the couch thing and that old man being Obi-Wan... since I hate that old man and don't find him funny at all. I find him mostly annoying. |

They missed WAY too many jokes in this. It was clearly supposed to be more "main stream" than the rest of their episodes, and I'm sure if you're a Star Wars fan you could like it, but compared to a lot of even recent episodes it was pretty average at best, borderline shit.

What, Seth was too lazy to come up with an original score for the Emmys?

Maybe he just though the FCC score was good enough? He does re-use some songs alot lately.

And? The Simpsons "took" ideas from other shows too, if that's what you're alluding to.

I wasn't alluding to anything, I just found it funny because it reminded me of "Simpson's Did It"

Hm, true.
Well, maybe everyone SHOULD be a GEEK, NERD, AND/OR POINDEXTER! Or just learn to read and understand the English language. Either way. |

Zero Limit 126...I don't know. It just seems like you dwell too much on the negatives that various shows create, whether it be WWE, Family Guy, whatever. If you don't like a certain aspect of the entity in question, it's better to express that negativity in one solid post rather than just bringing it up time after time and "sinking the ship", if you will, of the entertainment value some people may have had in watching the show. The less book smarts, the better. Keep that in mind.
I have yet to see this episode, but I suppose I will find somewhere to watch it by the end of this weekend. |

If WWE sucks, I will continue to express my disdain for it. Thanks. |

Family Guy Presents Blue Harvest
I was at a bar and caught the last part of this, with subtitles only. I loved it even then!
