Why I do with Roman Reigns is put him in a program with the likes of Seth Rollins/Dean Ambrose/John Cena.

The problem with Reigns is that he is just muscle right now. He has no real character development. Look at The Shield members from 2013 and then look at The Shield members right now. Ambrose's character progressed over time and so did Rollins. Reigns is no different now than he was back then. Putting the belt on him for a long period of time would be foolish. To me, he's just another Diesel. Reigns would be a good transitional champion, for like 1, 2 months tops. Use him as a way to move the belt to another developed character, but in doing so, he needs to step up his game in a variety of areas. Then maybe look at him down the line.
