Oh wait. He edited KIRA's post to say "music" instead of "repertoire". So he's saying his MUSIC, not his repertoire hasn't changed since 1991 except in 1993 when Sherri wasn't singing in it and when he was using the DX theme. Though I'm not sure why he felt the need to make that point as a rebuttal to KIRA's post.

I almost didn't vote destor. To be completely honest I had to pull the trigger because I think Kurt deserves to be in the hall of fame even if he has to go through hbk. If this had not been for the hof I would have either abstained or Might have even gone with HBK.

Really difficult choice. I'll think on it somemore...
Ring work is a wash Mic work is a wash HBM in 9y almost tanked the company as a top guy so his post 02 stuff at the gate i think is a wash I think it comes down to legacy. Im not sure which will have the biggest impact. 10 years post retirements whos work will still be shaping the business...i dunno. |

Now in terms of who the fans will remember, well, that one is a bit more one sided. Honestly I think 10 years from now Kurt will be forgotten by most of the fanbase barring some miraculous return to the WWE before he packs it up. HBK is cemented by WWE as one of the most legendary guys in professional wrestling. He's mentioned all the time, and unless he pulls a Hogan or Benoit I don't see that changing. Meanwhile the most we've seen of Kurt from WWE in recent years is his involvement in John Cena's premier. I'd argue that most kids watching today wouldn't know who Kurt is, but almost all of them would know of HBK. It's not really fair, but that's how it goes. |

It wasn't HBK that tanked the company. It was Vince trying to lower the WWF to a G level mirroring Disney.
If anything HBK and his attitude is what saved the company. He just didn't get to enjoy any of it because he literally broke his FREAKING back for the WWF. |

Add to that him being a part of the beginning of the attitude era with DX and being considered the best wrestler in the world in the years before that and it all puts him far ahead of Angle in the legacy department. The best Angle could do to try to catch up is his Samoa Joe feud in TNA which was great... but TNA can only add so much to someone's legacy. |

Shawn is better.
My vote would likely be different if Kurt didn't decide to join a piece of Shit company 8yrs ago. |

Forgot to vote last round, so I should probably vote this round.
Two of the very best here. These two are very equal in a lot of ways. I think the difference for me is that at no point in time did I hate Kurt Angle. Whereas before his back injury I kind of hated Shawn Michaels because he seemed like such a genuine "douchebag"........ Realized he was talented, but at the same time he just rubbed me the wrong way a lot of the time...... So for that reason, I am giving Kurt Angle the slight nod over him. |

Punk is not the IWC darling he used to be. No way he loses to Bryan. I do not look forward to that matchup.

Was almost hoping for a draw for Angle to go in during the next round and then have the HBK run, but this is the right result.

If the two ever had another match, I would have wanted it to be booked this way. Neck and neck, angles athleticism edging him in front late, late on, only for HBK to come back with a last ditch super kick, falling on a prone Kurt.
The two best of all time imo, but def feels right HBK winning. He has two truly legendary runs, a more varied and storied career and I always felt there was more emotion in his matches, particularly in his second run. |
