HBO has been doing this during every Memorial Day since The Sopranos it seems. Probably longer. I don't know why, its not like people aren't going to watch. If anything, MORE people would watch you would think.
Or maybe they air some patriotic movie on Sunday night. I dunno. Didn't Behind The Candelabra air last memorial day? I think so. |

Yeah. The Normal Heart is on next week. Been hyping it for a few weeks now. Right before the show began each week they'll air a trailer for it.

Some twisted perversion during one of the scenes, the Jaime/Cersei lockup by Joff's lifeless body in the audiobook I listened to. The old guy that narrates goes way too into it. Definitely a cringeworthy performance.

The dude is about 6'9" and she is 5'5" so I'm guessing the sword is almost 65 inches long and the guard and hilt were probably made to fit his huge hands so it's bigger than normal. Swords back then were probably between 45 to 50 something inches long.

What, wasn't a big deal made about who was going to fight for Tyrion? Who cares if it's some guy introduced like 3 episodes ago?

Really? If you think I was saying "back then" as a reference to Game of Thrones being non-fiction then you are mistaken. I guess swords don't exist in real life. The influence of swords in almost every show or movie must be pure imagination. GoT is obviously influenced heavily by Medieval times of which I was referring to when I said "back then".

Not such a huge twist that the guy who wants to kill The Mountain will go ahead and fight him. Though I guess in the show it is more of a "twist" because Bronn was still around. In the books he was already off married. |

I think they flipflopped the visits that Tyrion received between Pod/Bronn, idk.

I maintain that they should have gotten Kurrgan to play the Mountain.

Damn. Watch shows on streams all the time, but didn't think GoT would have any. Figured HBO would shut that shit down right quick.
