Tebow makes the whole team better. It's the only reason Andre Goodman can be a good DB at times and why guys like Haggan look like they should be in the Pro Bowl

Fuck. What a game. Knew the Pack would get down the field after their first completion. They got all the right breaks. The Jennings TD pisses me off to no end though.
Cowboys look completely beatable next week though, and the Bears and Lions are in free fall mode. Hope may not all be lost. |

If I had to sacrifice my entire family to keep Von in Denver, Thanksgiving and Christmas would become very depressing days

I wish Reese would look at tapes of the 80s Giants and realize that we need linebackers to compliment the d-line. I'd kill to have Carl Banks right now.

Missing Goff and Thomas like whoa right now.
2012 Draft: Best player available at either OL or LB when the Giants' pick rolls around. Not sure what the free agent market is like, but fuck they are hurting at LB. |

In my non TPWW league, if Vincent Jackson scores more points than MJD, I'm going to the playoffs with a 6-7 record. I don't think this is going to happen, considering how much MJD is getting the fucking ball tomorrow, but one can hope.

Glad to see the NFL was able to find someone who can raise the bar the Rolling Stones set for awful halftime shows.

The blessing of losing to the Tebow (unless you're KC). Records since losing to Denver:
MIA 4-2 OAK 3-1 KC 1-2 NYJ 2-0 SD 0-0 (play JAC tonight) However, for those who have chosen to disregard the will of God, records since beating Denver: DET 1-3 |

The only thing I'll say that really needs to be said about the Giants/Packers game was that the officiating was horrible. Absolutely awful. Obviously the game was competitive right down to the wire, so it didn't affect that, but that crew needs to be fucking disbanded.
One of the Harbaughs (IIRC) said that this crew calls a lot of flags. I was 99% while watching yesterday it was the same crew in question. That's preposterous in and of itself. Anyways, they were fucking bad, both ways. |

Apparently they are handing out Khan moustaches tonight for the Jags game. I don't see that ending well.

Bret Farve Alert:
He said he would be willing to come out of retirement should the Bears give him an offer to be the starting QB of the team. |

How in the name of fuck did this incomplete call not get overturned? This and the Jennings TD cost the Giants the game. Almost feel compelled to root against the Packers now...nothing against Green Bay or the players, but I have a feeling that they will continue to get the benefit of the doubt with every close call. |

Blaine Gabbert is very afraid to get hit. Not sure if you can play Quarterback in the NFL if you are that scared of getting hit.

I really doubt that a questionable call in the first quarter cost the Giants the game. That's just looking for excuses there.

I was more upset at the illegal contact call which led to that TD. Made me very angry. A good game.

The Jennings TD pisses me off more than the Ballard play though. Dude clearly didn't have possession. But whatever. If they can't take this momentum into Dallas and beat a Cowboys team that historically sucks penis in December, they shouldn't be in the playoffs anyway. |

Don't think I've seen a good Monday Night Football game all season. And next week we're treated to Rams/Seahawks, good lord. None of the prime time games this year have been very memorable actually. Thursday Night Football are the only ones that have been somewhat half decent.

The Giants cashed in all of their football karma at once with that Super Bowl win. They're going to have to save it up for a decade like the 49ers have if they want to get important victories like that.

So now the NFL is breaking it's own deadline for when to announce the flexed games by just for the Patriots Supposed to be announced no later than Tuesday night, now they'll wait until at least tomorrow. Every team has had to deal with being flexed for a few years now, why the fuck does it get to be so different for the Patriots?
