I mark for Punk more over the past few years, but I mark for Booker going way back. Harlem Heat, his US title days, and his early days in WWE. Even in WCW 2000 he was great, and the bright spot.
Still undecided. |

Booker T gets my vote. He Is still gold. He could be a top performer in the E if he chose to be right now. Punker is bland in the 'E' ,even for the 'E'.

You act like he's choosing not to be a top performer in the E. If he could, I'm sure he would. He can but he just doesn't want to? I don't buy that. He could, concievably, but they just weren't letting him. That would be a bit more accurate. Or he could, but it just didn't fall together right. Or how about, he just couldn't but he's still great anyways. It just wasn't happening for him, and he didn't like it. Now he's in TNA.
Still love Booker though |

A top guy I suppose. I thought he was getting at the top. There were at least 7 or so guys that outranked him in terms of top spot.
And I think he was also gettin de-pushed in his last few months. Wasn't that one of the reasons he quit? |

Well then maybe I have my facts wrong. I just thought he was unhappy with things, and that he was pretty much dropping on the card.

Alright then. For some reason I thought he was getting depushed but I was wrong. So I take it back. Booker could be in a top spot if he chose to be. I was just evaluating top as in Cena/Batista/HHH/HBM/Edge. He was def up there though, so he was top then.

Honestly, I don't feel like checking this. Are you sure he was at the top? I know he was in like 2006, but after he dropped the title wasn't he pretty much midcard?

I have no clue what's going on in Booker T's head. Last I heard he was being a major pain in the ass in TNA too.
A talented performer who's ego and personality is their worst enemy. That'd be a first. I'm sure he'll be fine in TNA, since they need him more than he needs them. I just think it's kind of a dick move for him to know that, and exploit it. |

I try to ignore the dirt sheets when it comes to "so and so is being a meany." But yeah, it wouldn't surprise me.
