Again, I'm no law expert, but if Brock's point is that the WWE is keeping him from making a living, and if for SOME reason the court favours Lesnar, can't the WWE say they'll give him another shot in the WWE, and that will be it.
If Lesnar's whole point is that the WWE are preventing him from doing what he's good at, can't they just say "Oh that's OK Brock, we'll start paying you again.", and pay him less and job him out? I'm not sure if that came out right, but if the WWE allows Lesnar to come back to the WWE with a standard wage and standard travel dates, won't Lesnar's arguement of not being able to make a living be void? He seems completely at the WWE's mercy from my point of view. |
