I 100% agree with that.

To carry someone imo means the partner is not better by a good margain at one aspect than the other, be it promos, ring work, charisma.

When you look at power teams is there any where one guy carried? When I look at road warriors, demolition and powers or pain they all 3 seem pretty even

Steiners. They were technically a power team. While Scotty did the heavy lifting between the ropes, Rick was the one over as fuck. Scott would have been pretty generic roster filler if they split in their heyday.

Road Warriors are a good question, though. They were "twins" in a tag-team sense, but different enough to know who was who (unlike teams like The Rockers or pre-goth Hardy Boys: really, back then did you even CARE which one was Matt and which was Jeff?) they both had their own promo style and their own brand of charisma... Hawk had the catch phrases, but Animal brought the intensity. If one took a back seat to the other one week, the roles were reversed the next time you saw them. Honestly, LoD is about as prototypically perfect team you could put together.
