Yeah, but Locke and Libby are different. Killing off Locke would almost be like killing of Jack or Kate.

Holy shit this show is fucking awesome.
I dunno what to say about the finale other than I loved it. I was pleased, stuff was answered and more questions raised. Too long a wait for next season. If Desmond is dead I'm gonna be pissed off. He's been my favorite character since he debuted, and he barely did much then. But he's just so fucking cool. Locke and Eko dying would suck too, but I doubt they will. Certainly not Locke. |

One of the greatest episodes in the history of television from one of the greatest series. I'm going to be so frustrated having to wait 4 months

I hope Locke makes it. Lets face it, he's the man!
Desmond is a promising new character too. He should live. |

I lean towards Des, Eko, and Locke being alive. Either they're all dead, or all alive, and I doubt they'd kill off both Locke and Eko at once.

Since Desmond seems to be the key to alot of things, I really doubt he died.

I read that they are considering making him a regular next season. Which would be awesome.

Rumours are also floating that (spoilers, I guess) Henry Gale will be a regular next season.

God damint. When you said "Kate" and "flashback" I thought of that horse and how they have not explained the horse, polar bear, dead zombie father being on the island.

So, do they have to hit the button now since Desmond used the key? And if they do, how will they do it since Locke broke the computer? So shouldn't this be happening in another 108 minutes when season 3 starts?
Or, when Des used the key, he permently let go of that charge and its never coming back? What? |

No, they don't have to push the button anymore. The key released the charge and got rid of the need for the button.
... and they DID explain the polar bears. |

My only fear is that this could turn into an X-Files situation where shit just goes on and stops making sense. But as of right now, I'm loving it and have no problems with what they have/haven't explained. |

Thats what I'm thinking. They'll have so much shit to explain, the'll forget most of it. Or they'll half ass the situation and make up something on the fly.

Lost <3
Gonna suck having to wait so long to get our next fixes. Also, considering what site we're on at the moment and I'm not sure if anyone else read this (I think it's on wikipedia or some shit) but I read that The Rock is going to be guest starring in a handful of episodes next season. |

Oh man I hope The Rock does. Just when I think the show can't get any better they go and add Rocky to the cast.

Wikipedia:
The Rock is also slated to have a recurring guest starring role in the third season of "LOST". According to JJ Abrams (LOST creator), The Rock will appear in only a hand full of episodes as a favor to him. The role was originally supposed to be played by Michael Clark Duncan but conflicts in shooting schedules left the "LOST" creative team in a bind and The Rock agreed to step in. ------- Weird. See if it actually happens. |

Des will survive. No way can he be killed off when they just started the gimmick of his bird looking for him. I think Locke and Ecko are alive too. Alex will play a much bigger role next year. And since when was Libby short for Cynthia (since someone mentioned that was her name earlier? Last edited by Rob; 06-15-2006 at 05:54 PM. |
