I dunno, the whole point of this trade today to get rid of Jeffries was to ensure they can issue two max contracts to free agents this summer. They can be a good team with LeBron, another max free agent (Bosh), Chandler, Gallinari, etc...

The Knicks basically gave up last years 1st round pick, 2012 first round pick and the swapping of 2011 picks to get rid of Jeffries and have the cap space.

Donnie Walsh's main goal was to go big in this free agent class and he's set the team up to do that. These are the Knicks though so chances are they fail miserably.

I do think LeBron will stay with Cleveland though.

To be honest I'm not really on the Rasheed Wallace bandwagon, hasn't done much since he's come to Boston. Maybe if he picks it up to finish out this year I'll change my tune, but right now I'm not really feeling him on the C's.

Yeah it was phill's call. I mean, it would have been fine if the time out was given rigth when Gasol asked for it. Lakers could have had a good 5 seconds on the clock.

I'm pretty mad at Fisher. Instead of going for the game winner he tried to draw a foul with 2 seconds left. WTF FISHER?????????????

So since he was jumping at him from behind it makes a difference? His hand was on the backboard and Ray went through his arm and dunked it. They could make a poster out of that, pretty sure that's what makes something qualified as posterized or not.

I don't even know why I am continually posting about this, doesn't even matter.

Celtics squeak out with the win. Outside of Ray their shooting was pretty awful, especially Rondo - I'll take it. Hopefully they can get Nate in for the next game, would have liked to see if he could have sparked some offense during that big run by the Lakers in the 4th. Celtics only scored 11 points in the 4th...ridiculous

Yeah not liking how last few weeks Celtics have a really bad 3rd or 4th quarter but today they actually played tough defense in the 4th since Lakers only scored 17 points vs C's 11 points.

ESPN or TNT had the stat of after the Lakers mini-run in early 4th quarter, they didn't make another FG for last 6-7 minutes of the game.

Is it me, or has Fisher basically become worthless. I mean, dude doesnt even TRY to defend anymore, he tries to draw fouls. There was a play early on where Ray Allen took a shot, and Fish literally just tucked his arms in...didnt even have a hand up.

Hopefully nasty Nate can cure some of their offensive foes. Marquis Daniels wasn't even a threat at all off the pine, dude didn't even attempt a shot - nevermind make one.

Lakers are going to be nearly impossible to beat if all the bigs play well. Their size up front with Odom, Bynum and Gasol is ridiculous.
