What was that weird sound Haku used to make?

Just about any of his matches you can hear him constantly make a sound that goes along the lines of "ush eh ah aha hu". Anyone know what the reason behind this was? Even in his wwf days when he was King haku he made the sound, seems to be something he's always done.
