The Pokémon fighting game has an English trailer but says "Planned for arcades in Japan in 2015" and they don't show the Japanese logo. I think it's pretty obvious it's coming to the US. Why else put up an English trailer? Given the arcade scene is, unfortunately, dead outside Japan, I don't think a Wii U version is unlikely.

Really wish arcades would make a comeback. They are still popular in some spots on the West Coast, as well as Galloping Ghost right outside Chicago.

I remember the only reason I ever wanted to go to the mall as a kid was for the arcades. Good times.

Couple arcades open on OCNJ boardwalk like "Jilly's" open 24 hours... spent lots of quarters on beating Let's Go Jungle and Let's Go Island

If I could have my own business, I'd want to have an arcade. There's a vacant place which would be prime spot for one just 5 minutes from my house.

Arcades are completely dead here. A few years ago, I asked my nephew if he knew what an arcade was and he didn't. Kids have no arcade experiences now.

Japan is getting a Nintendo Direct sometime soon. It's 3DS focused but I'm predicting a Smash reveal.

1) Ubisoft announces Assassin's Creed Unity's release date has been delayed by 2 weeks and will now be released on the same day as Assassin's Creed Rogue (November 11th).

3) According to Shigeru Miyamoto, Nintendo is currently in the process of changing their business plans to be more "core" focused in the near future. Activision is currently rumored to be planning an attempt to purchase Take-Two Interactive soon.

According to the thread in Neogaf where I found the news, the EA bid was dropped because EA barely went above Take-Two's net value and weren't willing to provide large sums of their own money for Take Two's projects.

I'm currently trying to change my Gamertag, as I've been meaning to do it for years now, but when I enter a new one, it says it's already taken.

Although, when I check the availability of it from both the official Xbox website and another site that let's you check the availability of Gamertags, both say that the Gamertag is available.
