Mags' Music List

Since everybody's starting random topics about random bands, I decided to just post a big ol' fucking list of musical groups on my Limewire. Critique it, comment on it, commend me, burn me at the stake, I don't give a fuck. Just a big ol' fucking list, because I felt like posting something besides filler before I went to Burger King. This is the shit I listen to regularly (i.e., groups or individuals that I have more than one song from, and that were actually downloaded by me); this is by no means an exclusive track listing or anything, since I have one-hit wonders and CDs as well. List also dispels the common myth that I only listen to rock music.

A Perfect Circle
Ace of Base
Adriano Celanto
Akira Yamaoka
Alien Ant Farm
Amano Tsukiko
Andrew W.K.
Atmosphere
Belinda Carlisle
Berlin
Bloc Party
Blue October
Blue Oyster Cult
Brandi Carlile
Breaking Benjamin
Bush
Butthole Surfers
Cake
Camera Obscura
Carlos Santana
Cheb Khaled
Chieko Kawabe
Cold
Damone
Dan Balan / O-Zone
Deaf Pedestrians
Dido
Donna Lewis
Electric Six
Fatboy Slim
Finger Eleven
Flaw
Flogging Molly
Flyleaf
Goo Goo Dolls
Gorillaz
Gwen Stefani
Hall & Oates
Helloween
Incubus
Inkubus Sukkubus
Institute
Jewel
Jimmy Eat World
La Mala Rodriguez
Liam Lynch
Loituma
Massive Attack
Matchbox 20
Metallica
Monster Magnet
Nanne Gronvall
Nevada Tan
Nightwish
Nine Inch Nails
NOFX
Offspring
Patsy Cline
Penpals
Portishead
Primus
Puscifer
Queens of the Stoneage
Rammstein
Razed in Black
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Richard Cheese
Rilo Kiley
Rogue Traders
Rufus Wainwright
Serj Tankian
Shakira
Shinedown
Silversun Pickups
Sixpence None the Richer
Stevie Ray Vaughn
Sum 41
Switchblade Symphony
System of a Down
Tatu
The Cruxshadows
The Pixies
The Real Tuesday Weld
The Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Tom Waits
Tool
Tsuji Ayano
Tsunami Bomb
Type O Negative
Utada Hikaru
Vanilla Ninja
Weezer
X Japan

This is also keeping in mind that my retarded roommate deleted a bunch of the songs on this computer, and replaced them with HIM, Marilyn Manson, AFI, Emily Autumn and Good Charlotte.

...All of which I promptly deleted back. Bitch.

Again, this is by no means all I listen to. I have CDs all over the house, as well as bands that I haven't remembered to download on this computer yet. This is entirely typed up from switching windows with Limewire.

Next time I mock your taste in music, feel free to look at this list and go to town.

2008 Blitz Poster of the Year

My eyes have seen the glory
Of the draining of the ditch
I only come to Baton Rouge
To find myself a witch

And off the top of my head, I can already name some music that got deleted: Pink Floyd, Belanova, Melissa Auf Der Maur, Waterproof Blonde, and Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

Man, if I did one of these lists, it'd be fucking huge. I have something like 700 artists on my iPod, and I listen to at least half of them on a semi-regular basis.
