Another morning has arrived. Namely, another Tuesday morning and that means more Rate the Game goodness! Now in its 171st week, we're down to the final 30 games left in the pile. What treasures and/or duds await us as we move forward? One thing at a time. Let's take a gander at last week's Road Rash and see how it fares and where it lands our leaderboard.
Road Rash makes a bold statement and makes it mark near the top of the list at number 14 with a strong 4.5 overall score. This makes it the highest rated racing title we've had so far. Cool motorcycles and beating the shit out of people with clubs goes a long way, I guess. A great effort from this title, even it misses out on our elite top ten.
But with thirty games still left to tackle, surely there's another one or two that has the chops to join that illustrious group at the top, no? Well, let's get started on finding out. What do we have this week?
Well, this week we've got some serious company. The Battlefield series has certainly grown into a powerful force to be reckoned with in the industry, but we can't just forget its early days. Certainly we can't forget this title, can we? It's neither the distant past of 1942 or the distant future of 2042. It's Battlefield: Bad Company! The franchise has produced some noteworthy titles throughout its history, but what do you think of this one? Does it bolster the series in a significant way?
