Big Love is a great show. I made a thread about it after I watched seasons one and two. I don't think anyone here really watches it, and TPWW is my gauge of what is popular so I'm surprised to see it up there.
Family Guy is a surprise. I think the reason that it's up there is because a lot of people might view the Simpsons as "past its prime" and they are making a point by nominating something outside the normal realm of nominations by picking Family Guy. They did something similar when Kevin James got nominated for King of Queens. |

Why is Jimmy Smits a "guest" actor? He was on Dexter for the entire season. That is called a supporting role. Guest actor is a guest who comes in for a few episodes. At least to me.
