I could see the balance of the year being about Cena trying to get the 16th world title. He eventually succeeds and then Reigns is waiting as the title challenger. That could be their passing of the torch match

I just cant possibly see reigns going back to back as much as last years result got shit on. And second, how has his character changed over a year?it hasnt there has been no growth at all.

I'm not a huge fan of his, I'm just saying this is what I see from the booking.

Seems like a calculated move to move Reigns away from the title picture for the past few months. Rollins has been going through most of the babyface side of the roster, but he never had a high profile match with Reigns for the title. My thinking is thats on purpose - they want Reigns to be kept strong.

This feud with the Wyatts can now go on for a while with the new blood in there. Then before you know it its Rumble time, and he can restate his focus to win the title.

The question to me is does WWE think Reigns will be cheered against Cena, and therefore make him look like a legit top babyface. I think there's a good chance a Mania crowd just boos both Cena-Reigns out of the building. But who knows.

Shield Triple Threat is okay, but would probably require Ambrose or Reigns to turn heel. Maybe you build up tension between HHH and Rollins leading up to Mania, and then its speculated that one of the other two guys is working with the Authority. But both Reigns and Ambrose deny it, and say Rollins and HHH are still working together, they are just trying to divide and conquer. That could work.

I'd love a screw job angle with Reigns getting chosen as the new handpicked face of the company and siding with the Authority. Turns Rollins face and builds to a Mania match against Triple H.

Meanwhile, Lesnar wins the rumble and we have a rematch of Mania last year, but now with Reigns as an uber heel champ with the Authority backing him.

Cena and Taker can go in Taker's last match, with the challenge being Cena stating he's beaten the best on the biggest stage, as has Taker, and now we see who's the better of the two at the event they've both been mainstays on for over a decade.

That's not a bad idea, but I don't think such dramatic changes will take place between now and Mania'. However - I do like Reigns/Rollins flipping at some point. The idea that I have in mind, is to have Reigns/Rollins main-event Wrestlemania, but to have them do a double turn during the match a la Austin/Bret.

The only way I see Taker going up against anyone but Lesnar at Mania, is if Taker goes over Lesnar in a rubber match before Mania. Or - if Lesnar defeats Taker before Mania, and they do a handshake/respect thing, and then the Wyatt's appear out of nowhere and destroy Taker (leading to a Taker/Wyatt rematch at Mania.......or a Taker/Kane vs. Wyatt Family Mania match).

It's probably a wild dream but would love to see Sting win the RR as a surprise entrant. Maybe given his mystique he comes in as "entrant 31". He then wins the RR and challenges for the title at WM 32.

I don't see Sting winning the title at NoC although he could win the match by DQ or count out etc but Rollins still holds the title.

I was hoping that at WM 31 we would have had some kind of "Sting ends The Authourity" storyline but that would have been on the presumption he was going to get the win over Triple H.

Maybe it could be written into the storyline somehow that he's not only fighting for the title but also control of the WWE? For this to work you'd want to see him pinning Triple H which wouldn't happen in this context unless Triple H is somehow the WWE Champion......maybe Rollins turns face or something?

Can't see any way he gets anywhere near the main event by WrestleMania 32.

However a feud between him and Bray Wyatt though just seems too perfect not to do.
