Gimmicks WWE ruined. that were awesome.
To me the following have been ruined
Kane. When Kane arrived in WWE back in 1997 at WWE'S Bad Blood ppv. the whole Kane/Undertaker brother storyline was intense and awesome. Now going into The Unmasking/Remasking/Unmasking. Suited up Kane. He's no longer the monster we all fear... I bet no one remembers his one off WWE Title WIN?? but was lost to Austin the following night on Raw? Austin's Heel Turn: I always had the impression that Austin was a heel anyway. judging from his King of the Ring speech. But the fans cheered him. He then became the beer drinking, middle fingering, Swearing S.O.B that we all came to love, and you can't deny he was your favourite back then. When Austin turned HEEL at Wrestlemania X Seven and joined the boss, just because he couldn't beat The Rock on his own ruined the rest of his rampage. |

Kane's gimmick was not really Ruiened. He passed the torch to Bray Wyatt once he was defeated as the devil's favorite minion and is not a regular person (I am just ignoring the fact he came back as the Red Monster to attack Daniel because that was retarded).

Sean O'Haire (May he rest in peace. I had no idea he died until I just google searched him to make sure I was spelling his last name correctly.)
The "I'm not telling you anything that you don't already know" vignettes he did in 2003 were absolutely amazing. He had the potential to become a legend in the business, but WWE completely dropped the ball with him. |

The Big Show
they ruined him by taking away the special attraction atmosphere. He was just another guy on their roster. They let anyone beat him. |

I've said it many times in related threads, but Sean O'Haire really is the absolute #1 guy that had everything going for him, and that WWE totally and utterly fudged up. |

I feel like Tensai could have been a bigger deal, but WWE being stubborn and not acknowledging that he was Albert, just egged the fans on more, and kept them from taking him seriously.
They could of used that as a part of his gimmick, but no, because reasons. At least we got a few great matches with Kofi and Sheamus though. |
