Wrestling has seem to have "out-grown" most people, given the current data.

Figured something like this would happen. No way they have enough money to do anything after Bound for Glory. I like that Corbin wants to change the name and all but off WWE is involved then they will probably get a deal done. If so I'd like to see WWE take EC3, Eli Drake, The Wolves, Lashley, Galloway, The Hardy's, Decay, and Gail Kim. Also hope they use the X division in NXT.

They really don't need TNA as NXT is pretty much the same thing as TNA. I could see Corbin taking what was left and starting his own company. Doesn't seem like he has interest in the TNA name since he wants to change it so starting a promotion from scratch would probably suit him more.

It's seems like every few months there's a "TNAs out of money" rumor by the Almighty Meltzer. Just like they were supposedly out of money for Slamaversery, then again for a tv taping a couple weeks ago, now they're supposedly out of money again. I say we just wait and see what happens

How long as Meltz really been sounding the "TNA is in real trouble?" horn though? I've only really read him on it since the loss of Spike, and it has been a real genuine slope into chaos for them since then. There are talent that still claim TNA didn't pay them properly.
Corgan buying it was something I am excited for, but that was until his chief ideas were to throw down existing belts, create new belts with convoluted rules and focus on the backyard stuff with The Hardys. Honestly, WWE buying them would be the most gracious end they could hope for at this point. The "TNA Drinking Games" could find life on the WWE Network. They can produce documentaries on the fall of the company and some of the talent there, and they will no doubt pick up the guys and gals that are really worth something there. I just hope Gail Kim hasn't burnt too many bridges and is willing to go back. It's hard to have much sympathy for a company that has had so many opportunities, so many incredible performers pass through it, the perfect positioning on a cable network, a PPV deal...and squandered all of it. Everyone in TNA will find work someone else. Maybe it won't be in WWE, because some of them don't fit the WWE philosophy or honestly aren't good in the right ways, but they will all be able to make livings, and hopefully other companies do their best to use that talent correctly and not piss on their own legs. |

Caught a bit of TNA Last week, that Grand Champ title series seems so dumb.
People have 15 minute matches all the time. zzzzzzzzzzzzz |

They only went 9 minutes on Impact. 5minute rounds would be better though. Need to just scrap the format and just have it be a mid card title. Its a good looking title belt.

Yeah they did 3 minute rounds. Only two of the six matches went the full time as well.

ROH announced CMLL star Dragon Lee will challenge for the ROH TV Title at Final Battle. KUSHIDA will be in the finals of the 6 Man Tag Tournament, and Kyle O'Reilly will be challenging for the World Title. PLUS the debut of Cody Rhodes. I'm also hopefuly I'll get to see Will Ospreay and/or Marty Scurll. I'll be there in the front row at the Hammerstein. Shaping up to be a good time

I liked Dragon Lee's look. For a dude doing it as short a time as him, I think he's crisp as hell. I didn't like the style I see him work at their last PPV against some guy whose name I've already forgotten. But I think the TV Title scene is a good place for him. Bobby Fish could walk him through a match that draws out genuine emotion.

You're probably talking about the Kamaitaichi match. Those guys have history but it was more of a showcase match. I am excited to see what he can do with Fish. I kind of want Lee to pull off the upset and make CMLL a force in ROH.
I might be spoiling this here, but since no one really watches I doubt anyone will care, they're also booking The Young Bucks defending their tag team titles against The Briscoes. 6 Man Tag Title Finals will be ACH, KUSHIDA, & Jay White vs. The winner of The Addiction/Kamaitaichi vs. The New Kingdom. Haven't seen anything from the New Kingdom yet, and I love The Addiction/Kamaitaichi. Hoping they win the whole thing. |

Anybody interested? Yes, the show is pre taped so you can go see who all three members are but does the look, feel, style of this trio intrigue anyone? |

Its very similar to the KRD in ROH only they have white mask instead of red. KRD was just to introduce Sabin though so i think they will be more to them. I'll wait to see who they are though. I'm sure they will be DELETED.

Well.... I am meeting up with my "buddy" EC3 in a couple of weeks when he comes back to Texas. I might have to take him up on that offer to have me come down to Florida and get me in front of the people who matter in TNA

The Cabinet seem to be repackaging themselves in ROH. Came out talking about how ROH made them parade around with the silly gimmick. Haven't said what their new name is but they that there is more of them so I guess they'll get some new members. Kind of glad as the Cabinet was shitty and getting stale.

This week's TNA was pretty good. I really enjoyed the 4 way dance, that inside out slam on Lashley by Trevor Lee was SICK (that guy his some serious potential). The main event was really enjoyable as well. I liked the EC3 and Eli Drake segment and the whole Jade/ Rosemary thing they got going on (mostly because it's "different") I personally liked Jessie vs Arron. I liked it because Arron Rex played a really good "old school" style heel. No fancy moves, just a lot of dirty heat to gain sympathy for the face. Jesse is amazing as well, guy is a tremendous athlete and can do some crazy stuff in the ring considering how muscular he is. The two "bad" things about this show was the women's match and Shera. Brandi is not ready to be in the ring on tv yet.... and I don't understand that because she was in WWE developmental for like 3 years. Shera.... what can I say. I honestly think he's trying real hard and from what everyone tells me he is a really great guy.... there's still some obvious holes in his game and he's been on tv for like 2 years now |

The whole Knockouts division has fell off since Maria came in I think. I like Maria but the whole division has revolved around her and she's not the best in ring talent. As for Shera I'm not sure what they could do for him. I personally liked him better as Koya. Really think he should be in the X Division.

As for Shera..... I mean, there's only soo much you can do. It's hard to say, because you even look at someone like Strowman who got pushed into the spotlight really fast because he's got a body and now he is actually putting on solid matches after his year on tv. It's been almost 2 years since Shera has debuted..... and I don't see any real improvement. |

Can't remember if I ever mentioned it.... but I really like Aaron Rex as a heel. He reminds me of an "old school" heel. Not every heel needs to be dark or edgy or monstrous. Sometimes you just need a cocky, condescending heel who does douchey things to makes you want to see him get his ass kicked |

Too much of a gay voice. Also still wearing those terrible pink tights. Terrible promo by EC3. Both showing why they aren't ready for Prime Time. Sandow came in with all momentum but now is about as well received as a wet fart.

I haven't liked Aron Rex at all. Not even sure what his gimmick is. Agree with STD about the pink tights and yeallow knee pads, looks like a generic CAW on a video game. Doesn't help that he has been featured the most in the Impact Grand Championship type matches that are rather dumb now that the initial tournament is over.
I always liked him in WWE and thought he always did a good job with what ever they have him. Just doesnt seem like there is any thing to the Aron Rex character though. TNA gives talent more freedom character wise but I feel like he is more suited for WWEs style of controlling a character for him to play. |

I think when he debuted and was just "generic baby face" he had no direction, he had no real discerning reason for me to cheer him. At least as a heel, he makes it very easy to hate him. He's not a jacked monster like Lashley or doing cool flippy stuff like Trevor Lee. Maybe it's just me.... But he just has one of those faces you want to punch Side note, I thought it was really creative when they did the "gimmick cheating" when he was turning heel. Like one show he has his knuckles all taped and they speculate if he's got rings on under. Another match he wipes his hands all over his towel and he guy makes it seem like his eyes are burning when he rakes his eyes. I really liked those attention to detail |

Damien Sandow had good potential in the WWE. I was surprised when they gave him MITB. It pretty much destroyed him.
