This will depend completely on what promotions sign on. If they have goor to great coverage of JPN based stuff it could find a similar market as Crunchyroll/Funimation apps get.

New Japan already has their own streaming service with New Japan World so I doubt they would give anything to this. Would be alright for some smaller Indy promotions and a few of the smaller Japan promotions. I'd assume ROH and CMLL would want to wait and see if New Japan World expanded and hop on with them.

There's always AJPW, Dragon Gate, Noah, DDT, IGF, Michnoku Pro, Osaka, and Zero 1 that you might be able to get to sign on. Combine those with promotions from the UK, Mexico and the states and indy marks would buy it if the service was good.

Will be really interesting if FloSports does manage to get promotions with their own streaming services. Might be a tough sell to either have those promotions drop their service or get people to double dip.
Think DDT announced they are going to launch their own streaming service. |

you'd stand a much better chance getting people to jump on board for multiple feds than every random fed on the planet having their own app...

PWG have supposedly already turned down FloSports without having a conversation.

WWE are also said to be fucking livid that FloSports are doing this as its got the potential to greatly increase the price of indy content.

So far FloSports managed to get Evolve and WWN on board with their new network-like service.
Currently have ROH, Evolve, WWNLive, SHINE, and Full Impact Pro for their streaming catalog. |

Interested to see if WWE tries to pressure Evolve out of that deal due to their working relationship.

They might. But money talks and bullshit walks. If EVOLVE is going to get consistent exposure thru this they shouldn't care.
Assuming they can sign up the promotions they're aiming for, or even a handful of them, it sounds exciting as fuck. I'm certainly hoping they pull it off. |

If they're able to work a deal with Lucha Underground I think it would be their best bet at drawing in new fans, as a lot of people don't actually get the El Rey Network. They can do something similar where new episodes will be posted 30 days after they air or something...but if they have their entire back catalog it'll allow people who have missed out a chance to watch from the start.

Ring of Honor would also be a big get, obviously. The back catalog would be huge there too. I'd sign up in a heartbeat if I could go back and watch a bunch of old ROH stuff I haven't seen in years but have no way of accessing.

I'm gradually becoming more interested in what all other companies are doing so I'll likely check this out and temporarily suspend my WWE Network subscription in the meantime.
