Or to keep the Wyatt feud burning, have Wyatt cost him the title or him help Sheamus to cash in etc. We'd remember it for both the good and bad; Taker winning the WWE title for probably the last time on the show he made his debut and losing it (for the last time) on the same night. |

Somehow I can't see Sting winning it on a PPV celebrating the one man people have longed for him to have a rivalry with......unless........

Taz should win the WWE Title with a T-Bone Suplex on Bray Wyatt

I can see them holding off on Reigns so he can get his 'Wrestlemania Moment' of winning his first title. Don't think there is any chance of them turning him heel though. Lets face it, if there is one thing the WWE has proved over the years is they have no problem pushing a 'top face' who gets a lot of boos.
Bray Wyatt would be the obvious choice, if they hadn't spent ages making him look weak. Excellent booking there... I think the fact we're only two months out from the Rumble means they may be more likely to go with an established 'interim' champ, someone like Kane perhaps. Unless they can get Cena or Lesnar back early. I think the one thing we can agree on is this is an excellent chance to make some new stars, and a chance there is zero chance of the WWE taking. |

Agreed Outsider, Cesaro, Wyatt, Ambrose, and Ryback could really use this time to grab the brass ring so to speak. Just hope something interesting comes from this and not Roman Reigns forced WWE WHC push.

Well, if they plan on doing qualifying matches on Raw this week and this week only, there's EXTREMELY little chance of Cena being involved. He's slated to guest-host Today on NBC in New York City Monday morning. Today ends at 9am Eastern. It's a minimum 6.5 hour flight from NYC to London, where Raw is being held. That would land him at approximately 4pm Eastern, or 9pm GMT (assuming 30 minutes to get from the studio to the airport, and get the plane in the air). It's POSSIBLE that Cena gets the main event slot for his match, giving him maybe 45 minutes to get to get from Manchester Airport to the arena (a 19 minute drive according to Google) and get warmed up.
So I think in all likelyhood he's out. |

Considering WWE had Cactus Jack, Mankind, and Dude Love in the same Royal Rumble one year, I would love to see Kane and Demon Kane in the tournament.
and at the end, the winner faces Triple H for the title. |

Wyatt has to be in this thing. I just can't believe they would really go with the 4-on-2 match with Wyatts v Brothers of Destruction. No matter what happens in that the Wyatts look weaker. Now if they made it 3-on-2 while Bray was off in the tournament....that would make more sense.

I don't even see why Taker and Kane would be in a match with the Wyatt's. Much rather they join them.

Ziggler likely costing Breeze there after the opposite happens, though I'd rather they just keep those guys out of the tourney.
I'm guessing Reigns and Owens will headline in the finals. |

Stardust, Neville, Breeze, Kalisto, and Titus should not be in this tournament. WWE had a chance to do something with this tournament but from the looks of it its just the Roman Reigns Tournament.

At least it had some star power in it, only way I'll be shocked with this is if Reigns or Ambrose don't win.

Titus shouldn't be in it but I could go with him winning the whole thing and starting a singles push.

You'd go with starting a singles push by having a low level tag team guy win the World title?

Too bad they couldn't get some part timers in there to increase star power. Some of those guys involved are shocking but when you the guys out that WWE does its tough. If Kalisto and Titus were replaced by Cena and Orton, it would make a big difference.
Interesting that Roman and Cesaro seem to be destined to meet. If that's on SurvSer that's a tough opening fight for Reigns, because you know a good portion of the crowd will be very pro Cesaro. Makes me think Reigns is turning heel. But we'll see. If there's any funny business in the Reigns-Cesaro match, you know Reigns is turning. My guess is Owens or Ambrose on the other side. Just a matter of if they want Reigns to win clean or he's meant to turn. |

I'll be floored if Breeze beats Ambrose, which I can see happening due to some outside interference. It'll be his debut match, right?

I can actually see Cesaro going over Sheamus. Cesaro has been a jobber and Sheamus is Mr. MITB. So naturally they'll wanna make the jobber look strong and the guy who is likely to be world champion soon look weak. WWE logic and such.

But I can't see anyone but Ambrose ending up in the finals from the right side of the bracket. Nothing else really makes sense. Can't imagine them seriously trying to pass anyone else off on that side as a serious threat to Reigns. |

Owens? Only because he's a heel and, let's face it, when's the last time Ambrose won when it counted?

I think the fact that he's already IC champ works against him. And I don't think they see him as that level where he can be credible as a challenge to Reigns. Ambrose has been in the title picture pretty often over the past year or so and is "main event ready".
