This brings back soo many memories
I was listening to the song by Creed and I had to look this vid up. There have been points in the WWE where you have all the greats of that time were together. In the late 80's early 90's you had Hogan, Warrior, Macho Man, all together in the WWE and in 2001 you had Stone Cold, The Rock, HHH, along with talent from ECW and WCW like Booker T, RVD, Tazz, etc. So strange to think that was over 8 years ago and how the landscape has changed in professional wrestling. |

I'm just now surfing YouTube and looking up random stuff. It's amazing how stuff like Too Cool dancing was so over. The formula can be a simple as a fun-loving, dancing fat guy, but WWE just doesn't get it anymore.
I say fuck it. Let the writers go back and deliberately start ripping storylines and angles from the past. Word for word, I don't care. At least it would be fun again. Back then, when I laughed at wrestling, it was actually funny. When I laugh now it's at how absurdly bad and inconsistent it is. The atmosphere is completely wrong. Holy random thoughts, Batman. They should recast old gimmicks with current characters. Primo and Carlito can be Too Cool, and Umaga can be their Rikishi. Ezekial Jackson has the next Godfather written all over him. And I dunno why, but I just envisioned Kennedy as the Repo Man and it really made me laugh.

Or better yet, Khali can just start coming out as the Undertaker on Taker's off days.

No, Khali should just come out dressed as Gonzalez.
Giant Khali, airbrushed suit and all. |

Good call sir, good call.
We definitely need a new Goldust. I would suggest Trevor Murdoch, if he were still around. |

Paul Burchill would make a great Val Venis. AND we'd kill two birds with one Noidstone.

You know, 20-30 years from now, we're gonna be talking about who was the better Droz: the Miz or CM Punk

That Deaf gimmick they were going to give Punk would have solidified his place I think. |
