They tried way too hard for it. Like I said, I could understand why a Star Wars fan would like it, and it is more mainstream, but it just didn't feel like Family Guy. Way too many missed gags and actually quite void of gags compared to a 30 minute episode. Unless it's on the Season DVD I will be skipping this. |

I loved it...I listened to the DVD commentary yesterday and it was interested hearing Seth McFarlane talking about how they got to do everything they wanted except for one or two things because George Lucas wouldnt allow it.
Also the DVD has some bonus footage on their that was deleted for TV timing...including Joes scene... |

i love star wars and my like of family guy ranges from very mild enjoyment to like at some times but i thought this episode was really poor

Just saw this and even though I'm not the biggest Star Wars fan, I really enjoyed this episode
Did anyone else notice John McGuirk, Bender, the Angry Monkey and Roger at the bar in the Cantina scene? |
