New finisher for everyone's favorite non-HABM wrestler?
It's a pretty standard "big man" match, obviously I can't do the same thing with a guy whose legit 420 lbs that I do with a guy 180 lbs. Basically, I've been wanting to ditch the chokeslam as a finish and thinking about using the "Test/ Big Cass boot". I hit it around 8:46, does it look "devastating" enough to be my new finisher? FEELS LIKE I'M WEARING NOTHING AT ALL NOTHING AT ALL NOTHING AT ALL |

You need to get a bit more torque on it, and get that popping sound but I would buy it
Also the fat guy was a shit seller for the most part all match. Took the boot decent though. |

Again, test run.... no pun intended. I did it and didn't expect him to go inside out with it. I figure if I'm wearing the leather pants I could even "slap the leg" to get that pop and spin off it as well and it will look/ sound devastating enough to be a finisher

Hmmmmm ... I always enjoy your threads about your career. I really enjoy the way you threw the boot up, just kinda lugged your whole leg up with total momentum. Maybe I think you could sell your follow through a bit more, with a sort of pause/pose at end.
I could also see you being able to leave the ground in a sort of leap, that might look really cool too. Like a flying Yakuza kick. I was watching Foley knows best and he was teaching Noelle a wrist lock, and the way he insisted on her showing the facial to tell the story of the hold, made it what keeps me entertained. So that why I said if you made a moment just after you connect that let us know "no kicking out now", it might help. Just before you hit him with the boot you threw a wild standing lariat that looked sloppy but in the best possible way. I'd totally make that your trademark, like Caesaro uses the uppercut. Like out of nowhere in a match you could slap that lariat in and change the pace entirely. |

lol you smashed him with that lariat before the boot. Maybe THAT should be your finisher.

Agree with Fragile and Newstead that the lariat looked more devastating although if you want to add a bit more impact to your big boot finisher, you could do it Luke Harper style.

Try the Iron Claw on.

Yea, I actually use to use the lariat as a finisher.... but it seems to be the "in" thing to do right now and alot of local guys are using it. Two guys are using it on that show are using it, so I was trying to "think outside the box" 😕

Do what JBL did with the clothesline from hell, but do a boot instead.

It's not running if you stop completely to do the boot. Needs to be smoother.

I think your opponent was out of position for it a bit. It came from a weird angle. I like the idea of it though. I do like Harper's big boot. Calling it "The Test Run" would actually be sort of cute. Or is it offensive? I'm not sure, I'm dead inside.

You could do a big boot/elbow drop combo or something. No one finishes with an elbow, do they? If you've knocked him out with your foot, why not drive the rest of the wind out of him with the elbow on the way down? Like a big boot, elbow drop, cocky pin sort of thing.

Heavily Armored Battle Midget. One of the backyard league has a midget that wrestles in weird gear to protect his midget body.

That dude you wrestled is fat as fuck. I'd have to see you hit the boot on a Neville-type that would sell it like a gunshot that flipped him inside out.
Also, shut the fuck up, DAMN iNATOR. |

I'm actually really excited about this next match. I've known Lance for along time and he's been pretty much everywhere in wrestling. Hopefully this team will "put me on a few radars" and help me build my reputation as a worker. |
